Anyway to do this?
I would like the chance to pick out what skills and such they get.  It's kinda sucky to leave somebody at camp and do somebody's quest only to come back and find the guy you wanted to take next just put points in the wrong skills or traits....

There must be mod for this...

I've tried Googling....I've found resetting mods, NPCs not leveling until they join your party mods...but no just wait until I get back so I can level you otherwise you'll make a bonehead mistake and become useless to me now...

Turn off the "Auto Level" button in the character screen.

They don't autolevel in camp. They gain experience and you choose what to spend it on.



At least how it is for me.

Ok...something is very wrong..

The auto level button is turned off...if I leave camp go up a few levels, go back to camp they have leveled and already chosen feats and spells etc...

Make sure auto-level button is off in each characters sheet.
