Hi guys,

This is my first video concerning the Mass Effect 3 ending. I have no hope that Bioware make the ending that I want, so I've made my own.

Firstly my project was just a remake of the fleet arrival, with better music (Mass Effect 1 and 2), but I decided to
remake the entire ending. I added music, cut lots of sequences (bye bye Star Child), and cut some pieces (Mass Relays and Citadel are not destroyed in my version, because without them there is no more Mass Effect).

My vision of the ending :
- I agree with bioware about a large part of the ending, but in my opinion the "star child" have no reason to exist. The crucible and the sacrifice of thousands soldiers of each race is enough to stop the reapers.
- Shepard can die or not, it's not the point, even if it's better if he lives (and have blue babies with liara).
- Also, the Normandy must stay on Earth, and not going on the other side of the galaxy.
- Finally, the Citadel and the mass relays CAN'T be destroyed, without them, Mass Effect is gone for thousand or millions of years. Were is the purpose to help all races to regain their homeword, if at the end, they are all stuck on Earth.

All changes :
- No "Star Child"
- Citadel and Mass Relays are untouched
- Shepard and his crew survives and are on Earth
- All reapers are dead
- All species can go home, no galactic "dark age"

Thank you so much for creating a truly epic ending to a truly epic series. AND YOU EVEN MADE ONE THAT MAKES SENSE! The way you put in the scenes with the original crew brought tears to my eyes. This is how I will remember the ending. Not that pile of nonsensical horse dung that they call 'art'.

According to my version, a scene between harbinger and shepard before opening the citadel would be great (with Harbinger explains to Shepard the purpose of the reapers perhaps). But I guess this ending would never be in the game

Lol, if the final song and videos can be edited (they can), it won't be an awfull ending after all.

Let's see what they are going to add on the epilogues, and after it is possible that a little edition like this can make the rest.

Only no-starchild and normandy crash remains...

Wow. This made actually sense. Combine it with text information on what happens to your crew depending on your choices throughout the series of the game and it could be counted as a real ending to Shepards story in Mass Effect.

And no one would have to pull a childish and absolute stupid "we protect some *fill in whatever you like* artistc vision, who actually had no idea what he/she was wiriting, but u r not going to gain any more influence over the powerful EA-industry for the sake of our profits"-crap.

Awesome, awesome work.  Wow, what a difference the change of music made.  I had such a rush of emotions just watching that.  I GOT CHILLS.  That is everything the end should have been.  Thank you for making this.  Just... thank you. <3

Yes, I recorded the ending without music, then I edited the video et put Mass Effect 1 and 2 greatest musics. I also keep the track "I'm proud of you" of Mass Effect 3 because he was really good for Anderson's death.

This video is my vision of how should be the ending, before completed the game. But I was really disappointed after the real ending. This is why my original project "Fleet arrival with good music" turn into "New ending with good music and lots of changes"

Hey Bioware, maybe you should hire this guy to make your next game's ending.

That was much better than the original seeing as it cut out all of that God-Child-Space-Magic junk and didn't utterly destroy the galaxy.

Well done ! We had some same ideas. The epilogue is a great idea too, hope it will be in the DLC.

I would have accepted ending if it were along the lines of this one.

The inclusion of the StarChild, the destruction of the mass relays, and the lack of boss fight with Harbinger were some of tbig pre major problems why I was not happy with the ending.

I interpreted the destruction of the relays meant that the choices such as curing genophage and trusting Korgans fate on Wrex and Eve no longer mattered. Also securing peace between Geth and the Quarians was a pointless endeavor if I were to choose the destroy option.


Btw, suicide run has so much more epic feeling to it than any of the tracks in ME3.

It's amazing what one deleted segment can do for the ending. Starchild really is the root of the ending's problems.

You and me thought the same: if the wont give us the end we want, we'll make our own. Congratulations, you did it first. Im making my own indigame game, ME 4. Cause i need to kill TIM in a real fight, a better reaper explanation, a conclusion to the characters, etc, etc.
