As you may already know... On 5-Apr, Bioware announced that they are keeping the Ending as is, but will just be extending it (http://blog.bioware....3-extended-cut/). In other words, they are going the "Clarify" route. I wished Bioware would have listened to its fans and completely redo the Ending. All Bioware is doing is extending an Ending that already sucks.
New ending with no Star Child, no Relays exploding, no Normandy lost and epic mass effect 1&2 music (including space battle)

This just shows you how freaking easy ot was for Bioware to make a decent ending. How they missed an open goal like that i will never know.

Great ending. This would have been tons better than the real one.

Impressive, imagine if the beam got closed, so Shepard and co. HAD to get back on the Normandy and board the Citadel from space. They get injured during the drop/fighting their way through the Citadel, encounter TIM, etc.
So much potential... so many options... Hopefully the EC changes my mind... but currently... what a waste.

I actually thought the ending would be like this when I was on my first play-through. This is why we need editors, writers need someone to tell them "This crap makes no sense, lose it."

The presence of old theme songs bring more emotional feelings than the ending now... This is the ending every trilogy deserves; you finish what you set out to do and there is a strong sense of accomplishment in it. This ending is probably the best I've seen so far. Great job.

Like it's been said before, if the new Ending DLC doesn't satisfy us, us fans will make a ending mod, hopefully one that works on all three platforms, and be satisfied with that, with the ability to modify our new endings based on the choices we made, like Bioware promised us they'd do.
Here's the thing, Bioware didn't do what they promised. To put it bluntly, they did nothing but become EA's b***es. The game was rushed, it's buggy, and the ending sucks horribly. Artistic integrity? I do believe that that's the fall-back that truly means, "We know it sucks, we just don't give enough of a s**t about you to modify it because we'd rather stick with the ending our overlords at EA said we'd do."
Bioware's vanilla ending is a downright insult, a b**chslap to us fans who have stuck with the series since we started. This series is one of the most popular and groundbreaking of our time, and to give us an ending to the final game so monumentally disappointing is downright asinine. We deserved better, we deserved to have closure for a series we've come to love greatly.
Truth be told, sure the Starchild thing was hidden in one of the planet descriptions in one of the games, but from a standpoint of a writer, you don't throw a new character in during the climax of the story, it just kills it. Also, the fact that the choices we've made throughout the games not really making that huge of a difference in what endings we got is a flatout insult. If Bioware doesn't wish to change the ending, for sake of their so called "artistic integrity", then I propose that none of us ever buy a Bioware game ever again if they are going to b**chslap us like this.

This is what i wanted from ending, only thing i would like to have too to it would a scene where normandy picks up Shepard and Anderson on the citadel after crucible fired.
Hope fans soon make an Ending Mod so would could put these instead of that vanilla crap.

You removed all the crap bioware made and left the best scenes. You made a failure turn into a good end. You rock dude!
i would not mind with an ending of the mass relays getting detroyed, or the normandy crashing, but all endings are the same. I've complete all quest on Mass Effect 1, 2 and 3 only to discover that there is only one end.
I really loved the story of Mass Effect 3, the game is epic, but the ending scene was too much crap stacked with some good scenes in the middle.

Wow this was fantastic, I loved this ending you've made, far superior to the ones Bioware gave us.
I hope maybe the see the video and make it a reality. Not release some slapped together Extended Cut DLC, telling us we need the endings 'clarified' to us, like we are stupid and just didn't 'get' the endings.
