Uh, does anyone else have problems with registering? The code for registering the game is the same one as the one you use during installation right? It looks like it since I can't find any other code in the box (aside from the bonus DLC ones). I installed DA without a hitch, but I can't register the game on this site. The other codes seem to work fine, I already have the Stone Prisoner and the Blood Dragon armor installed.

I've also activated the code for the feral wolf charm and the memory band, but it doesn't show up in the DLC menu. Is it included in the "Collector's Edition" package? I don't have it at the start of the game, though...

The site has some major issues so your problem might be solved with the sites problems, sometime in the year 2028.

Me too, I can't register my collector's edition game code. Too scared to redeem any other codes in case stuff gets screwed...

It finally registered me after I changed all my letters to all CAPS. But I used both dragon armor and Shale codes and apparently got nothing for them. Anyone else had this issue?

Yep same problem here with Direct2Drive. It also wont take my codes for any of the extra stuff I got with it.



I hope this is fixed soon or they are going to owe me some money for the DLCs I bought but cant access.

Ive been trying to register my game all day with no luck, except for 5 minutes ago, it finally worked. You should try again if you havent in the last hour or so.

Just chiming in with a "same here".  When trying to register, it tells me the key is not valid for the game.  However, I've called EA and spoken in Live Chat with Bioware, and both say the code is valid.

I haven't been able to redeem the codes (PC version) for the armor and Shale, there seems to be too much traffic on the site as it keeps timing out.

 Sorry if I double post, but when I registered I had a problem. I used Direct2drive. Got really frustrated, the DLC worked just fine.

So, I tried using the Product Key I received without it's dashes (-) and it worked great. I'm downloading everything right now.

So, try to use your Key without it's dashes, like this XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
