I found a looping audio bug with the quarian engineer flame turret. It is very similar to the reave audio bug but it only happens on the last place you put the turret.

It happens in interior, inside a door' thingy at the end of the map. Just die there when you are standing on some kind of light gray floor.

Sometimes when a mob enters the arena through the use of those jetpacks, if you hit them with something like overload they sometimes fall down to the other side, thus getting stuck there have had this happen 3 to 4 times now , mostly on the Krogan base, the name escapes me at the momment. .

How it works: You can kill an enemy via grab, but it does not animate properly. This creates an invincible enemy. While attempting to grab, either you or the enemy moves out of position. Lag is probable cause, but could be due to something else. In game fix is to have the enemy follow you over cover, they will fall through the floor to their death. At times the enemy will simply walk through the cover.
Video Confimation of Invincible enemies, though cause may not be related to this exact issue:

-Confirming that this happens on a failed grab. was grabbing a geth but it moved away and somehow my character tried to do a grab animation making the geth come towards me like its being sucked into a vortex. Its now invulnerable just like how the vanguards bug is like.
- Enemies "playing dead"
Some players have reported killing or knocking down enemies only for them to lie down as if defeated, but still shooting at the player. Unknown cause, need further information.

i can confirm this, always happens to me as well.
i always thought about lag, or maybe the hitbox not following the actual animation, so that u aim the head a bit higher and miss the hitbox which did not move during the whole animation

On XBOX 360 when creating a private lobby and having a friend join, then re-opening the lobby to public, its impossible for public players to join at that time.
Our way around it is to start a match, die right away, and then re-enter the public lobby after the game is over. Normally when we do this we get 2 people in there instantly. It's annoying to have to do this when I want to play with my friends.
Also - this happens when either of us hosts and I've had this happen with other friends as well.

[On PC] I've seen this happen a lot.. either to me or to teammates. Sometimes instead of respawning, the player gets kicked and then a random will join in mid-match. I've been that random joining in sometimes as well.

I've never had that happen and that sequence is exactly how my friends and I start games every time we play together. It might take a minute or two but people do eventually join.

Enemies never spawn behind the lower room (even though there's plenty of space behind it). Geth never walk around the back.
What's funny is that if you go to the room right above it (with the staircase going back outside) you can be standing on the stairs and enemies will spawn a few feet behind you, yet if you are inside of that building, no one spawns behind you.

Several maps have a glitch spot where your powers/weapons dont work.
2 off the top of my head- FBW Back left desk, FB ghost extraction points.
nothing does damage at these 2 points in cover.
Probably already mentioned..

I've found out that sometimes when enemies fall down on the ground, for example after stasis wears off, and they stay on the ground not moving. However, their "character" is actually moving around invisible, able to hit players and do damage but only able to be hit on their original body which is visible at a different point.
Seen this happen a few times but don't have video. Platform - PC

I can also confirm the bloody screen, happened to me one, but went away next time I was downed and got revived.
Someone deployed a combat drone, and for whatever reason, the drone sat in one place and was kind of frozen there the entire match, never moving or dissipearing, It didnt effect that guy though as I saw they could deploy another drone, but that first one was always there.
When deploying my combat drone, its very quirky about where it gets deployed. Sometimes I can deploy it across the map with obstacles in the way, but sometimes I cannot deploy it 5 feet with no obtrusion, it just gets deployed at my side instead of where I was aiming.
^about that, if anyone has a protip for me then that would be helpful.

I have yet to see this happen once unless someone goes out back and lures them in.

Yep. This has happened various times to me. Here's an example (in the first part). I have another clip too of one waaaaay up top. Had to arc warp + throw a few times to finally kill it.

This also happens in the firebase glacier on the overpass in the lowest area of the map.
Yeah, I'm having the same blank-firing BULLET weapons, too.
As for people getting stuck: add Firebase Giant to the list; I've seen at least twice a Cerberus trooper who's floating just below the walkways where they usually jet upwards (and onto the map); he was stuck there. I was able to hit him (barely) with my Widow...but it did no damage despite giving a hit marker. Biotics were able to kill him, though.
