Krogan Vanguard is not correctly receiving melee damage bonuses from Rage.

Edit: Another Krogan Vanguard related bug (before I forget) is that sometimes his Charge will play the animation, look like you've charged to the target, but you'll just teleport back to where you started with Charge still off cooldown as if nothing had happened.  Seems to happen most often when trying to charge enemies behind cover.  Guess he's too fat to fit, so the game goes nuts and just hits the rewind button.  Doesn't seem to be lag related either, since it happens even when I host.

 Kishock Harpoon gun 'random' damage? 
I'm not sure if it's a bug or something, but the damage is so random (I'm aware that it can be charged. But sometimes fully charged shot damage lower than uncharged shot, and it's both on weak point.)

Do you know if that nemesis just dropped down? Similarly, I'm trying to remember if there is an open ledge above that platform (enemies may not have to use that ladder.)

This is very similar to the Charge Crash bug I was talking about earlier. Thanks for sharing.

Mic Indicator Stays Lit Constantly  Platform PC. If disabled in options the mic indicator shows I have one when in fact I do not.

There are certain positions in most maps where if you fire from cover at a certain angle, your shots will never count.  Not lag related.

Easiest example:
Firebase Dagger, in the upstairs circular room with the two large windows. Take cover on the left side of the left window, and try shooting at anything perpendicular to the left skyway/hallway (e.g. anything near the ladder. There are no visible obstacles, and your character will correctly fire/animate, but your shots will only "ping" the enemies' health, but not do any damage.

Another example:
Firebase Hydra, near the starting/extraction point, there is a ramp that goes down to the courtyard. On the upper right side of this ramp, there is a corner you can take cover. If you are on the right plane of the cover, and try shooting at anything near the bottom of the ramp, your shots will not count.

There are many other examples of this on other maps. I will try to get video evidence.

Is combat drone bugged? I hear that it has trouble with Rank 5's Shock and Rank 6's Chain Lighting if both are chosen.

Only reasonable explication is when you use cover piercing penetrating weapons (from certain angles ?) you can hit the atlas twice with the same bullet and thus do double damage to it....




I don't think it's a bug, per se.  And I'm going to agree with your observation.  As I understand it, the canopy is both part of the mech as well as behaving like cover for the pilot (as amd098 was describing).  So on the one hand, it seems the pilot is something separate from the mech itself.  You don't need to pierce/break the canopy and then hit the pilot specifically to take down an Atlas, you just need to shoot the dang thing enough anywhere.  But, as you say, hitting the pilot will also damages the Atlas additionally.

So it seems to be that there are two separate things tied to the same health (armor) pool somehow; hitting the canopy first registers as one hit to the mech itself, and then if it can pierce and hits the pilot it counts as another.  I'd guess that the game checks whether the canopy is open or closed when you hit the pilot, and if it's closed (which is always true in multiplayer) then it takes the same amount of damage off the mech.

Best analogy I can think of would be if shooting a Guardian from the front and only hitting his shield would actually damage his health.  So shooting him with a weapon than can go through cover would hit the shield and then pass through to the person holding it, registering one hit on the shield and then a second hit on the person.

I've also seen a few instances where a geth would get ragdolled by some means and then just not get up. They don't shoot or do anything. The first time I think I krogan melee'd it up a flight of stairs and it slid back down, after which it would not get up. The other time it was a hunter, and still cloaked. Pretty funny when no one could find the last enemy until the marker showed up.

I can confirm the Drell vanguard combo blanking. I play on PC, and occasionally when I pull and enemy, and while they're still close to the ground I'll charge at them. The do not detonate and sometimes don't even take damage. (But the charge will always move me correctly.)

Geth hunter mode sometimes doesn't activate when selected, or 'half activate' (display red enemies but no FX)

Details:

Platform: 360.
Connection: Host, 17mb dl 1mb up, 18ms ping.
Map: Hydra
Enemy: Geth
Difficulty: Bronze
Locale: UK

Activating hunter mode on geth infiltrator caused enemy characters to appear red on-screen with no blur or detailing around edges of the screen. Confirmed to affect other players in same match at same time.

Other instances caused hunter mode to not work at all, but still trigger CD when 'deactivated'.

Hunter mode triangle is NOT centred correctly.

Invulnerable enemy.
3rd time i have seen it on Firebase White, when it somehow stucks on the obstacle and when it jumps back on the floor, it won't take any damage.

I'd like to report this too, except what I saw was an enemy that was frozen in place whilst perma-cloaked and it would not do anything. It was also incorporeal and bullets fly through him, rockets deal no damage and melee doesn't work.

BioWare, if you are reading this, please sticky this thread, make a list of the bugs reported, and please report back to us on your courses of action and their progress. I think it's only fair that we know these issues are being investigated and that they will be resolved.

 I've had issues with my weapons swapping back and forth even when I don't touch a button or the mouse.

Not sure if this is related to the game or not.

The krogan missing stasis'd enemies also happens on the ps3 version, though I assumed that was intentional. For me a bigger issue is that sometimes my krogan's melee attacks get replaced with his behind the cover melee elbow. Sucks when you need to get off that heavy melee to stun an enemy and then he does his elbow and you die. Sometimes fixes itself after I die or if I take cover and do the cover melee again.

Just did a few test runs of batarians and got staggerspammed, i.e. body rocking with no chance to move from the beating. Was caused by geth rocket troopers and primes, i.e. mid sized damage packets Still the prime shot 3 or 4 times and character rocked all those times not able to move, or maybe he moved a tiny bit, but still with no rolls its a near helpless situation.It can be treated as a bug or as an addon to batarian mean fighting style, making them more evasive when facing stronger foes, despite having a strong body.

Ah and geth bonuses for geth weapons are not anyhow reflected in a weapons screen, making stuff confusing, since 'geth' is javellin for sure. Widow seems to have geth origin by description or no? Black widow is a heavily modified geth weapon.. so it's a geth one?

If you quit or disconnect while knocked out, the sound stays distorted when you enter your next game.

Batarian Sentinel net fails to affect Phantoms in most circumstances (regardless of dodging).

Geth Primes and Hunter shots prevent ability use, but don't stun movement or often show visible signs of impact..

"Firing Blanks"

This has happened to me several times. In my last game, less than an hour ago, I shot/killed a Cerberus Engineer, then shot at the turrent he placed. The last bar on the shield would flicker, but not go down. I shot and shot, switched guns, shot and shot, tried concussion shot and...finally ran away. Next opponent shot/killed. So it seemed to be the turrent, not the gun. (M-15, M-8 and SMG Locust, all lvl1)

Can't reload ammo. Out of ammo, makes restock noise at ammo box, but nothing. OR only restocks a small amount...like 20 reloads. Continues through rest of match.

All on PC, bronze levels, multiple firebases. (...and once in the reactor FB in a silver match I stumbled into.)

I'm a MP noob (N719, Soldier 19) so I didn't know if this was a bug or something I was doing wrong.

Respaw bug in FB:Hydra . Happened twice in a rol today. Quite fun actually, I wish I had more footage but my quick-tempered friend blew the damn thing up.

So...Cercerus upgraded? It was fun...

Not sure if this is meant to happen, but I doubt it. Krogan Vanguard's barrier. If I detonate it and then try to activate it shortly after cooldown finishes it will activate then detonate immediately.

PC version, and I tested this a few times now.

Yeah, once had a Nemesis which had fallen, but would not get up.  Literally.  And nothing would damage them.

Problem being they were the objective :(

And I'd like to bump the projectiles glitch. I've had a missile launched at the floor cause zero damage. Also, I commonly use the Scorpion and have had its projectile mysteriously disappear or pass through enemies.
