Happened to me a few times already. Usually happens to centurions. They just lie on the ground, their HP flashes when I shoot them, but they take no damage, not sure if they shoot back. So far, it was always triggered by Stasis somehow. After a while (or after using some abilites which move the enemy, such as concussive shot, pull, throw...) they get up and can be killed again.

There's the shockwave bug. If you rank 4 with range, the shockwave stop having effect in the middle of the match. It does all the visual effect, but has no damage, no force, nothing, just blue light. If you choose the other rank 4 option (I think it's damage), it work perfectly..

there was one time on FB: Glacier (on the stairs near the landing zone) that I was able to pick up a heavy weapon (forget which one) from SP, and unable to switch back to my normal weapon or the missile launcher.

If these are in the list, I didn't see them. Both have happened to me multiple times.

1. Ammunition pickups will suddenly cease functioning. I can usually still fire, and reload from what ammunition I have, but once my ammo is gone, it is gone. This is not simply over-use of an ammo dump...when this happens I have run around to every ammo dump on the map that I can find, and none of them will give me more ammunition. No solution found other than to quit the match and start a new one.

2. All activated abilities suddenly non-functional. This is different from the "biotic charge fails to activate" bug in that it affects all abilities, including those without a target such as the Justicar's bubble, and is persistent over any length of time. I have found a solution to this one...get myself killed and then revived by a teammate.

I couldn't find it in the list on the first page, but with my Asari Adept I found some way to make phantoms immune to Stasis. The first time I Stasis Bubble them it works all fine, but if for whichever reason they fall out of the bubble and I Stasis them again while they get up, they just ignore it. And every following bubble I put in their way.
Didn't test it with other enemy types, or rather I didn't notice it, but these 'advanced' phantoms are really ... fun... to play with as an Asari. Especially if you train multiple of them :/

On that note, the 'Enemies "playing dead"' bug sometimes occurs for me after using Stasis on any type of enemy; they are more or less invulnerable to non-area damage and keep shooting; the only way to reverse this is by using Stasis again, on which they teleport to some near location and are normal again.

Only playing on a PC here.

bkthree, you should add that
-Inferno Grenades do not harm Guardians.  They will do the "ahhh I'm on fire" animation and everything but won't actually take damage.
-Krogan Vanguards do not receive blood rage bonuses properly.  This has been confirmed and videos demonstrating it have been posted in the thread on it.
-Asari Justicars are sometimes barred from placing their bubble near large enemies.

I can confirm that this happens with other characters as well. Had my GI go unresponsive to any input besides movement. Could not fire, cloak, anything. I finally just suicided from an Atlas and it reset after reviving by team member.

Three related to Phantoms.

First being getting teleported into an assassination move. It has happened to me 6 times now where I was probably the in game equivalent of 15 or more feet away from the Phantom. All of a sudden I am "pulled" that entire distance to the Phantom, where it proceeds to put its friggen sword through my gut.

Second one is the Phantom assassinating you as you are getting up from being lazy on the ground. A couple times now after using a Medi-Gel or being revived by a team mate, while my character is still getting up, the Phantom comes up to me and interrupts the animation sequence of getting up with the sword through the gut sequence.

Third one, again has to do with the assassination. This one has to do with the Vanguard's Biotic Charge. You are supposed to be "invulnerable" during the charge as by what the class power says in the power screen, but a couple times now, a Phantom has said other wise. It happens right at the split second before you impact the Phantom with the charge. Instead of making contact with the Phantom and making it stagger, right before you would make contact, the Phantom performs the whole assassination sequence, killing me before I have even completed the charge. Pretty much like I charged right into the blade tip lol.

I ran into a completely invincible hunter at FBW the other day, not even rockets could bring him down.

He eventually got bored and jumped off a balcony railing which ended the round.  Here's the vid:

Enemies gain immunity to stasis after being stasised. It is completely normal and I am pretty sure it is described in the ability tree too.

I can confirm that Krogan Vanguards are not getting Rage bonuses when entering Rage.
I tested or a couple hours tonight and melee damage DEFINITELY didn't change and the damage resistance didn't even seem to work either.

Can confirm this one myself, and have had others report it happening to them as well. The Krogan will simply run through the enemy, doing no damage, causing no sounds as if he hit them either, just as if you used the melee on thin air. Headbutting them (regular melee attack) still seems to work though.

I confirm this on PC. But haven't tried the regular melee to see if it connects.
I might add that playing a Krogan using heavy melee will always desynch me at some point, where I won't be able to damage/activate anything anymore.

Enemies going out of statis can sometimes be bugged, especially phantoms (Have seen this with Nemesis too might be tied with some roll over animation glitch). They appears to be lying on the ground, but still can shoot as you hear and feel it and shooting them is ineffective. Heavy melee them (Asari AoE) might just make them disappear and you then get impaled by an invisible (not cloacked just invisible) phantom.

I didn't see the decoy not deploying on Hydra on the list. This is a confirmed problem that isn't getting much discussion. I guess nobody plays Salarian Engineers anymore.

Platform: PC.

While playing Krogan Battlemaster, i noticed (once) incorrect trigger (turning on) of the Rage: specced to turn on after 3 melee kills, it triggered on during beginning of the round after i killed 2 enemies in melee, and attempted to kill 3rd (heavy melee animation started), but the enemy was killed by someone else before i could (which was shown in in-game message, as well as made obvious by absense of "hit" sound which plays whenever any foe is actually hit by Korgan's heavy melee). Yet, right after heavy melee animation ended, Rage turned on (at least, its visual effects, that is).

This may or may not have anything to do with known issue of Rage's melee bonuses not working.

Edit. I confirm that krogan battlemaster is unable to hit/damage by heavy melee enemies who are in stasis. Tried that some dozen times on different maps and enemies, never works. However, two posts above, someone said that using krogan's heavy melee always causes desync. In my case, was never happened while i played krogan battlemaster to 20 twice (so it's a few dozens of games), and in all of them i was using heavy melee for most kills, meleeing everything except banshees. I've seen someone somewhere mentioning that krogan battlemaster fares much better than other krogan classes with stunlocks; perhaps in this case (desyncs) krogan battlemaster is also different from other krogan classes.

Krogan Battlemaster (Vanguard) doesn't get Rage bonuses when in Rage (neither melee damage bonus, nor damage reduction bonus).

I admit I'm too lazy to read all the issuse right now, so excuse me if i repeat something:
Just had a game on gold FB:W with Geth (I know what you guys are thinking, but i just wanted to play a game :P). One Salarian Engineer, one Geth Infiltrator, one Asari Adept and an Asari Justicar. In wave 6 our engineer dies and respawns by the fighter, he got stuck there and was pretty much invinsible, we played through the other waves and nothing similar happened. Easy money/EXP, but still was weird and kinda annoying. Oh and on a sidenote most of the enemies went after him ofc.

I've noticed on xbox that Grabbing a cloaked Hunter does not count as a "grab".
You still get the animation, and it's still dead- which is the most important part- but it doesn't count as a grab for a badge. Not life-threatening, but there it is.

I've been getting a bug as of the last 2 days where my biotics don't affect the enemy, I can't shoot them, I fly, I teleport and I can't pickup ammo or revive squadmates. This has been every game for 2 days and has obviously made the game unplayable.

Similarly to the Turian Stability bug getting more than 100% accuracy from Marksman and weapon mod (shotgun; max. 110%) will reduce accuracy again (pin point accuracy with shotguns regardless of range at 100%; decreasing afterwards again). Possibly a mechanic similary to stability (random deviation from aiming spot going down to 0, then getting negative maybe).

Test: Get a shotgun that shoots bullets, equip Smart Choke mod, spec Marksman to get to 100% accuracy. Use shooting range. Farthest distance will still be just one bullet hole. No bullet spread. Respec Marksman to get more than 100% accuracy. Bullet spread will be noticable at larger distances.

Pretty sure everyone knows about the disembodied enemies, but I just want to reiterate because it's just that annoying. Enemies hit with a Biotic Explosion primed by Stasis will be stuck. The enemy model will not move (as if in Stasis, but no glow) but the real enemy is out trolling somewhere while invisible. Shooting the stuck enemy does nothing at all.

Also there's a thing with Tactical Cloak. I'm not exactly sure how this one works, but I guess if you cloak, use a power, or fire too rapidly, everything gets all screwy. For example: My character is in cloak but the UI is showing cooldown already progressing, so I don't know if I have cloak in effect or not.

Also, at the very start of each wave, enemies seem to take reduced damage for the first few seconds. On Silver, the Widow can one shot unshielded mobs, but for those first few seconds, a straight shot would only take off about half health.
