I kind of like the Stasis>invisible enemy glitch.  It makes you have to guess where the enemy really is and try to nail it with a rocket.

 Got a couple of bugs to add to your front page list.  Feel free to test these yourselves.  I can replicate these each easily in any given match.
Bug 1: Krogan Vanguard Rage Mode does nothing.Steps: Play KV in silver or good solo at lvl 1 or so with lvl 1 rage.  Heavy Melee a T2 unit such as a Centurion, Nemesis, Marauder or Rocket Trooper without rage active and notice damage dealt.  Do it again with rage active.  Damage will be the same.  You can also clear 95% of a bronze wave with a lone Rocket Trooper left in rage mode, get hit by a rocket and note your remaining shields, leave it alive till rage wears off, get hit again and note remaining shields.  Rage Mode currently doesn't do anything for the KV.
Known systems: All
Bug 2: Cloak failings.
Steps: Activate TC and then immediate use Hunter Mode or Proxy Mine before the animation completely cloaks you.  You will often activate the power but remain stealthed.  Any attempts to reactivate TC causes you to incur the 3 sec minimum CD on powers and plays the cloak animation and sound.  Shooting gives no damage bonuses, and doesn't break the cloak.  Only ways to go back to normal is to perform the same steps to create the bug or wate for Cloak to run it's natural duration, which resets everytime you try to cloak while the bug is active.

Known systems: PS3.

Invisible Turret Glitch: Addendum - I was seriously owned by this playing a Geth Infiltrator because the turret does not show up even with Hunter Mode on. It was nearly impossible to spot the two red lights because of the blur/saturation.

Although I don't have video confirmation, just wanted to add bugs that I've seen in the game and my own comments:

Platform: PC

Krogan heavy melee passes through enemies in stasis (currently only marked for 360, confirmed many times over on PC)

Projectile weapons firing blanks: Seems like the weapons still have some effect when the animation doesn't show, but only if they would have had an effect. I.e. a missile launched at the floor can still do damage, if the enemies are still in range when lag is reconciled. Seems to only happen when I'm not hosting (lag?). 

Vanguards falling out of the map: Don' t have to die for it to happen. In one instance on FB:W I charged to an enemy, landed on top of the ramp between the landing pad and the 4-way that everyone likes to camp. Once on the ramp I fell into the space between the ramp and the wall behind it, couldn't attack, couldn't be attacked, but enemies still tried to target me. 
     Workaround: Normally I can run around until I find a place where I fall through the floor, then I respawn at the start of the map. This particular instance the game ended before I found a way to fall through the floor, but have fallen through in other cases.

Banshee's ranged attack traveling through walls: Hasn't happened to me, but might simply be that players still get hit through light-medium cover from the AOE. Seems that no matter how far away you are if you get nicked by that AOE it does full damage. Also very likely lag-related.

Biotic Abilities Projectiles not working or targeting properly: Further confirmed. Seems to only happen under extreme lag though, and definitely not when hosting.

Various Stasis bugs/"Invisible Enemies"/Enemies "playing dead": Seems to be a related issue. If an NPC gets stasis'd over any non-walkable surface, in mid air, or just otherwise has a problem resolving where it should land (e.g. lag when dealing with grabs/a player around cover/landing after a pull or throw), the enemy will just seem to lay down firing at people. The enemy still seems to exist, just not where they're being drawn. 
     Workaround: If you can find where they are they'll die normally, but often you have to wait a couple minutes when they'll suddenly be redrawn and are able to be killed. Also, powers will auto-target their drawn position instead of their actual position, so no help there.

NEW BUG - falling through the floor (not a vanguard): Since Resurgence I've fallen through the floor a few times on various classes. Seems to be related to being near or under cover and using powers, and also seems to happen much more frequently when lagging/not hosting. I fall through the floor, but then get respawned at the map's starting position. Depending on lag, I might barely even notice the falling start before I get teleported.

NEW BUG - multiple character unlocks ineffective: Once I received two Krogan Soldier cards from a premium spectre pack, but only one skin setting was unlocked and I'm pretty sure only one of the xp bonuses were applied. Haven't replicated it yet, since RNG is random and I haven't received two of the same character card again. May have even been resolved by preventing you from getting two of the same card, iunno.

- Enemies "playing dead"
Some players have reported killing or knocking down enemies only for them to lie down as if defeated, but still shooting at the player. Unknown cause, need further information.
Known Platforms: ???


I play on PC, I've seen this were the enemy is down in the prone position but still shows health, he can fire but he's on his back like a corpse. He is also immune to gunfire/powers ect.

NEW BUG - armor penetration mod does nothing for Kishok: the part where it doesn't penetrate things seems to be WAI, since the projectile can't really penetrate anything, but from repeated tests the damage calculation isn't effected by the %armor ignored part. Shots vs Atlas, Brute, and Banshee armor seem to do the same amount of damage regardless of the mod. Might not be a bug though, since the Kishok already has more than enough base damage to compensate against everything but Atlases.

Others' research has confirmed that the kishok ignores armor's DR, so of course the armor pen mod doesn't do anything.

Unable to revive teammate: seems pretty simple - when pressing the does-everything-god-button, diving into cover has higher priority than reviving a teammate. In my head this seems like a simple fix of switching the order of some if statements, but of course I have no access to the code to know for sure. Confirmed many times over, and while not really a bug it's very frustrating since allies will often die behind cover while they're...ya know, taking cover.

Similarly, reviving an ally takes priority over sprinting. Can also be incredibly annoying when trying to run away from a hot zone if reviving fails.

Workaround: pointing your camera straight at the floor usually removes taking cover from the decision table of the God button, so just stand over your ally and look straight down before you revive. No workarounds yet for reviving instead of sprinting when in trouble.

Proposed fixes: 1) Decouple cover, sprint/roll, and interact entirely so we can bind them to different buttons. 2) Decouple just interact from cover/sprint/roll. 3) Couple interact with Melee instead of cover/sprint/roll. 4) Change the priority of the god button to: (on hold) Sprint -> Revive -> Cover -> Roll.

Note: Options 1 and 2 are outlined on these forums for PC, so it's entirely possible to do. Maybe if the community makes enough noise we can convince BioWare to patch the game to allow all clients to decouple these! Check the link below to see the instructions. Tactical cloak bug: when using a weapon that can charge, any infiltrator auto decloaks every other cloak cycle even though you haven't pressed any buttons other than the initial cloak (videos in url).

Has anyone else had a glitch where your weapon loadout shows 2 of the same gun? A couple days a go, I was on my human vanguard, changing weapons around. I usually run with the phalanx to have my cooldown at 200%. I re-selected the phalanx and went to the power page, and it said my cooldown was lower, around 170%. I opened the page for my overall loadout(weapons, powers, equipment) and for weapons, it showed 2 phalanxes equipped. I went back to the weapon select page and unequipped the phalanx, reselected it and then everything was fine. This was on PC.  Sorry that I didn't get a screenshot.

I've had that happen to me before where for a while I was stuck in cloaked mode despite firing off a few shots and powers.  I wasn't exactly sure what caused me to get stuck that way though, but I'd at least assume its what Gethseme figured out.

I want to add confirmation to the ops survival pack failure bug. My system is an XBOX360, and I usually have a lot of lag, caused by a remote location. Ops recovery packs fail more than half of the time for me, as I try to use them in emergencies, and often just drop unconscious with a wasted pack.

Every single time I have used an ops pack in combat recently it has failed. I've given up on it because I would rather just use them out of combat to improve my odds in the next battle than be out of them completely. At a minimum, if the death triggers prior to the use of the pack... don't use up the pack.

I do wonder if this is not considered a bug though.. if they feel it should take a second for it to kick in, like you pull out the kit, go to jam it in your leg, and get shot in the process. That would be reasonable if chase decisions weren't so heavilly affected by client lag, but they are, so it should really be dropped for fairness in my opinion.

This is further information about the Biotic projectiles bug on the PC.

I don't think the bug is related to missing projectiles, because it displays different behaviour:
  • When the projectiles disappear, so does the blue glow of Warp on affected targets, the explosion of Biotic explosion, and the the blue fist marking a grab opportunity.
  • Missing projectiles happen more often at short range; this is range-independent.
  • Missing projectiles come back; I have never had my blue stuff come back in a game in which I lost it.

asari justicar casting bubble requires sufficient space for the animation.

not sure if you consider this a design error or not. unlike similar actions like heavy melee, if you are too close to an enemy, the bubble will not cast. there have been a few threads about a mysterious failure and i suspect this is the reason why.

it would be awesome if the justicar would automatically move back the 0.25 meter, or whatever she needs to cast it. not sure if you care.

The Sound effect  for the phalanx and Carnifex fired by teammates does not, fit needs to be switched.

When the carnifex is fire by a teammates it sounds like a silencer which doesn't fit with the heavy hand cannon sound when you use it.

Same with the phalanx but instead it sounds too powerful when you hear it fired from other teammates. 

they should switch the sound effects between the two guns.

i can confirm unable to use ladder... happens when friend dies while going down ladder in firebase giant....was unable to use the ladder nor jump down straight by going to the side of the ladder (this is the ladder nearest to the extraction zone heading towards the lower level)

also another bug...is floating players... probably glitched vanguards...they'll look like they're floating in air and looking all weird....

also the problem where power graphics just disappear midway through game....
eg: power effects like reave/warp graphics on enemies.... shield bubble... stasis...etc...
they are activated but invisible

Add the Striker Assault Rifle to the list of confirmed projectile weapons that fire blanks. I've had this happen in multiple games where I wasn't the host, makes the gun as useless as the others.

Don't know if all I'm about to list have been listed already, I'm sure some of that have been listed.

Through the course of MP the following bugs/glitches have occurred while in-game:

1. When shot down and revived, my body kept lying on the ground. My camera view can move around slightly (sometimes I can move almost completely out of the map) but effectively, I'm stuck. I can fire my weapons, though. The AI can see me and fire at me even when I'm almost out of the map. I tried to take take screen-shots, but that didn't seem to work as my screenshot folder is empty. Meh.

2. Again a revival glitch. When revived I got stuck halfway beneath the floor. Sometimes dropping completely through. In which case, I just ran around at the bottom of the map.

3. Sometimes I can't revive squad mates. Died several times trying to revive a squad mate. (very frustrating)

4. This could be due to lag, but a phantom dragged (sucked) me almost halfway over a map and K.O.'ed me. This was on the map Firestorm White.

5. Sometimes when enemy's "spawn" they get stuck at spawn point. Sometimes either way on top of the map on a balcony, or below where they are out of reach. If a player does not have grenades present, it's impossible to progress further in waves as you can not kill the AI that is stuck.

6. When playing as Krogan, I can not use the ladder. This happened occasionally. (Back to #3, this happened when playing as Krogan as well)

7. Assault troopers turning completely black. This happened twice on the new maps that were released. Don't know if it's map related though.

8. Enemies turn invisible. This happened probably around three times with me. 2 Times it was with a Banshee and the third was with a Geth Prime.

That's about it.

I'm playing the PC version.

I've had most of the common ones; Can't use ladders, power visuals stop loading, Vanguard bug, enemies stuck off-map, invisible enemies, being shot by corpses, invisible turrets.

The other night I played a game with a friend of mine and didnt' get any experience or credits at the end, even though we won; my friend (who was host) did get the credits.

Here's the details:
PC, Geth, Gold, Firebase White.
My friend (who was the only one in the game to get the credits and experience) was host. 

Played the whole game with no issues, then at the last second (literally), the game froze for about 5 seconds, then took me to the score screen, where it said "Mission Failed" and told me I had earned zero credits and zero experience. 

It then took me back to the lobby with the rest of the people we were playing with, of whom, only the host got the 70k+ credits and however much experience. 

In the post game, one of the other players complained that the matchmaking system had put them in at the very end, so it used up their equipment, but they got nothing. Not sure if that's related or not; the issue may have been that adding a player to the game right as it was ending messed something up.  

Kinda frustrating to spend 25-30 minutes, and use a couple medigel and missiles, then at the very last second before you're going to win, the game screws up and you get nothing for your time and effort.

I can confirm the enemies "playing dead" on the 360. It usually happens when there are a lot of biotic explosions going on.

I only see it happen to Cerberus.

I jumped into a game, and I COULD NOT MOVE. I was able to shoot, nothing more. Not swtich weapons, use powers, nothing. Then I got shot down, then I could not do anything, My camera angle was somewhere off of the map... and for the first time it was a team that was able to make a full extraction! a human vanguard, engineer, and a salarian engineer, and I was boned by some glitch... they were a great team, too. Needless to say I was booted once the match was over with a full extraction on Silver against the geth...

I noticed a thing that i think its a bug , don't know if anyone posted it here before.
Im bad at English but i'll try to explain... it hapens on every map to me version PC

When you are on to say Firebase Hirda and take cover on the right or the left exactly in the drop zone When you have to say marauder on the left you can shoot it by rotating camera, projectile hits it but no damage .... it hapens when target is in about 75%-100% from cover mouse turn range in the left or right you must move to the end of the cover or leave cover to shoot it
