The ambient sound in Firebase: Hydra isn't right. When enemies spawn, the sound seems to always come from directly behind the team's spawn point. (ie it sounds like they're spawning right next to you. Even if they're on the other side of the map. )

The surround sound /ambient sound is pretty epic in this game. I've noticed that sound bounces of certain walls, etc. However, there's no wall behind you when you spawn on Hydra. I haven't played the map enough to know if the sound issue exists all over the map, or only if you stay at the team's spawn point.

This is real. I saw a dev thread or reply somewhere where he stated that it is a known bug and it can happen after using stasis on a mob. The enemy goes down and won't stand up, but shoots at you.

This i can confirm on PC, mostly when enemies get knocked down and in most cases Reaper - Cannibal just sticks to the floor and starts shooting, which is in some cases hard to spot and you wonder what's hitting you.

I'd like to add another 1 (could be client side problem?)

- Cerberus Engineer Turret turns invisible, only 2 red lights visible.
Sometimes a Turret becomes invisible and only 2 red dots/lights are visible. This doesn't happen to all the Turrets on the map but 1 at the most i've not seen multiple invisible Turrets yet..
I think it's because the Engineer gets 'a power' on them and drop that Turret, sometimes you see the explode animation sometimes i guess it appears invisible?
Known Platforms : PC.

Forgot 1 really annoying 1.

- 1 or more enemies being 'stuck' on maps Firebase Giant and White.
Most of the time the mobs that get stuck on Giant are those at the LZ where they 'jump up' and by the ammo crate by the ramp. Firebase White, around the landing platform, they will just keep walking around down there.

Krogan Vanguard's rank two of Barrier is only supposed to increase recharge speed by 25%, but it also increases blast damage and radius.

Now that I finally have one, a couple Geth Engineer bugs (It may apply to GI too, but I don't have that yet). All on PC.

1. Regular melee plays no sound on a hit.
2. Triggering a heavy melee while running will lock you into heavy melee, and you have to hit the melee key again to escape.

And not a bug, but the Hunter Mode overlay is very annoying. The edges obscure objectives, and the blur/bloom is kinda annoying too. It's not unusable, but you'd think an AI platform would have better vision.

A couple of bugs not in the OP:

Melee animation glitch. Instead of your races, let's say human, normal melee animation, you get a different animation in which you swing your body and weapon to whack someone. This also happens when trying to heavy melee.

Triggeres after being revived.

Happens to me on Xbox 360 occasionally.

Geth Rocket Troopers can still fire missiles when they're in cryo or staggered. Same goes with hunters and their Plasma Shotgun.

This I think I'm just unlucky but sometimes a Phantom won't even try to go for the usual: Swing sword > Follow up with insta-kill. Instead I just get insta-killed without any swinging of the sword >:[

Do not know if this has been posted since there are 17 pages but Cerberus Nemesis while in cover will fire and then instantly break out of cover and fire instantly without using laser.

Don't know if this is a glitch or not but they can some times down you instantly on Gold with this. Happens when player is far enough for them to shoot but close enough for them to break cover and attempt to flee.

Didn't think it was a problem until I saw a lone, last enemy on map, Nemesis down last player up with a quick two shot.

This happened to me once, with only me and one enemy left - phantom. Laying down while cloaked. Killed me couple times while i tried to understand what's going on. Tried to run away and somehow got killed through the wall. We lost :D

This may be lag related but after Resurgence, I've had a few situations where I've been locked into walking at a snail's pace. It's not me accidentally hitting the "walk" keybind, I don't have that bound to anything. Usually happens for about 30s or so, unfortunately I don't know what causes it, I haven't seen it occur after any specific action, and I can't tell what breaks it either, could just be time, or perhaps killing an enemy.

Krogan vanguard rage melee damage increase is broken - it does not matter whether its activated or not, it simply does not work.

I recall a few people bringing something up for the Ballistic Blade, but I don't recall what or what page.  As for the OP, they posted a page or so ago saying they were still around but too busy at the moment to get to updating the first post.

With regards to the Heavy melee issue:
I can repeat this with both Geth every time I play, and I've discovered that it only happens when you're running and TAP the melee button; if you're running and you hold it, you do the heavy melee as intended and leave when you let go of the button.

I've noticed the glitches happening on firebase giant too, getting stuck on set pieces, floating above cover im trying to hide behind, getting stuck running on the spot, and the biggest of all, my character getting stuck on a block then "floating" way way way way above the map before the game just gives up and crashes. This is on Xbox

Lift powers such as Lift grenades, Barrier, Lifting Shockwave will only lift one enemy per time. In Shockwave's case, it'll only lift the first enemy it reaches.
Not the case with radius Pull or Singularity.

I have one that you can add to the list:

If you die, or are very low on health the in-game sound goes down and becomes muffled - this is normal. How ever, if you leave the game during this period for any reason, be it just leaving on your own or disconnecting, when going into a new game the sound remains muffled. The only way I've found to correct this is to simply get hit by an enemy, which seems to reset it and return the sound back to normal.

I've managed to record this bug. Looks like it's connected with charge and taking immediate cover.
1080p mode is there
Known platforms: PC so far.
