Asari adept on Condor, warp and throw hit just above or just in front of target 9 out of 10 times unless target is reaved first, then it's 50 50. Happend in all three different matches on Condor with the AA. Other players reported this as well. Please add to list for BW to see.
Can't tell if same for HA, TSntl or HSntl.

Played one match as sole adept with these bugged biotic, had to use stasis and pistol only, very useless. Happens even on enemies inside biotic Sphere

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional, however the Geth Engineer's turret seems to bring up "Geth Turret" and "Sentry Turret" in the kill feed. It appears to be dependent on whether the enemy was killed with the flame thrower or the normal turret gun. I just thought that was weird, seeing as the normal engineer drones don't differentiate what weapon was used to kill an enemy.

Also just as a side note, the space after all of the names of the guns in the kill feed bothers me for some reason.. (ex. Smikerama [Phalanx ] Phantom). That has to be fixable, right? :( Us OCD players have feelings too!

while hosting a g/w/g farming lobby on 360 yesterday the same glitch happened to me 4 times,
playing as G.I and snipeing at the back of the bottom room, on 4 occasions in separate games (only once per game) I woulb be taken down by an enemy, fall through the map and respawn with full health at the extraction zone with full health/shields and no equipment taken from inventory

Just played a Firebase Dagger gold match on PC and on wave 8, upon trying to revive a teammate, my screen just went black. I could still see the kill messages of my teammates, however couldnt interact (or see anything at all anyway) anymore...
Since I did want to get some credits out of the game, I stayed like this; after everybody was killed the match however didn't end, so I supposedly was somewhere alive on the map... Since I couldn't use any equipment, maybe I was falling through the floor and just kept falling through nothingness (hence the black screen)?

- I have had this glitch twice on the Xbox 360 when the game was first released, but have not had it since.


- Quarian Engineer's Turret loops flame-thrower sound effect:
The sound will loop until the end of the match, even when the turret is redeployed elsewhere. Listed here until further confirmation of this bug, and the events leading to it's cause. Confirmed for multiple players.

- Constant Bloody Screen:
I can varify this one myself, once being knocked into a bloody screen of death, if you use Energy Drain to restore shields, at times the screen will not change back to normal until you are mortally wounded again. Has happened to several other players as well. As well as other players reporting it happening in normal means after using an Ops Survival kit.

- Revive Symbol being stuck on players that are not dead:
Reported by several players, once an ally is revived they will have the res option floating around them, however pressing A does nothing. Unknown cause.

- Invisible Weapons Glitch:
Now with video tutorial! Explains everything. The Gist of it, is you switch your weapons while walking towards a ladder, and once you go up it, switch back. Tada!


- Have experienced this one. I was pretty sure this was caused by lag.

- Weapons constantly firing:
I have seen this myself, and several players have varified seeing other players' guns constantly flashing as if shooting bullets, even when the character is not doing anything. Simple animation glitch, nothing game-breaking.

Grab Animation Failure Creating Invincible Enemy:
How it works: You can kill an enemy via grab, but it does not animate properly. This creates an invincible enemy. While attempting to grab, either you or the enemy moves out of position. Lag is probable cause, but could be due to something else. In game fix is to have the enemy follow you over cover, they will fall through the floor to their death. At times the enemy will simply walk through the cover.

- Have experienced this one. Fairly sure this is due to lag or perhaps someone else killing said enemy right before the grab happens. Pushing the enemy into the map because its technically dead, but is still being "Grabbed".

- Biotic Charge not targeting properly
How it works: Generally occurs most when Nova/Charge spamming, but possibly just due to how much more often charge is used with this character. The Vanguard will be targeting an enemy and even have the targeting icon around them, and mash the charge button, but stand there. At times it happens due to cover being in the way very slightly, but I've had it happen in a wide open area. Possibly related to the Revive error.

- Projectile Weapons firing "blanks.":
How it works: Generally happens to players who are not hosting the match, and it is very sporadic. But several guns which fire projectile shots, such as the Falcon, Graal, Geth Plasma Shotgun, and at times the Missle Launcher, will fire no bullets, but still cause all sound effects as if they did, and take away ammunition as if the shot had fired normally. Several players avoid using the Falcon solely for this reason. Fairly game breaking glitch, if it happens to a missle, it can end a match for the team. This glitch has been confirmed to affect even the Proximity Mine skill.

- Have experienced this one multiple times. I'm almost 90% sure this is due to lag.

- Vanguards falling out of the map:
How it works: This glitch occurs while a Vanguard dies using Bitoic Charge. It only occurs if the Vanguard is not the host of the match. Possible reason is lag between the death of the Vanguard, and the end of his charge, causing the host server to be unsure of the Vanguards location, so when revived drops out of the map. Need further confirmation if this is the only way to activate this glitch, and if it is indeed PC specific.

- Have experienced this one. Seems to be trigged by using heavy melee, happens infrequently while using my Batarian Soldier as he Melees ALOT.


- Unable to Revive teammates:
How it works: Several times over the course of a night, other players and I will run into the situation of not being able to revive a downed team mate. The player will be standing directly on top of or beside the downed player, with the "Press A to Revive" prompt on screen, and attempting a revive though your character will do nothing. If cover is nearby, they will simply dive to cover. I have no idea how to remedy this in game, as every time it happens either I die trying to get it to work, or my ally bleeds out. Any more information on what triggers this, or theories as to why this happens are welcome.

- Cerberus Soldiers getting stuck mid-air
Usually occurs while dropping in. Not a game-breaker, but a bug/glitch nonetheless.

- Have experienced this one a ridiculous amount of times. I'm pretty sure this is caused by two Troopers (Or other troops with rocket boots) trying to occupy the same spot after using their "Rocket Boots" to descend from a high place. If one trys to ascend and another tries to descend they become stuck in place until one dies. Its worth noting there are ALWAYS two enemies when this happens and it can be fixed by killing either one of them. Sometimes one is hard to kill.THIS ONLY HAPPENS WITH CERBERUS,FURTHER PROOF IT IS THE ROCKET BOOTS CAUSING IT.


:wizard:Possible Issues, unconfirmed, lacking information etc: 
(Please note that most of these have only been mentioned by a few players, and need further confirmation from a larger amount of people to be moved to the confirmed list of glitches.)

- Ops Survival Pack gives full shields/HP but you die instantly afterwards.
I'm going to have to chalk this one up to lag, as the only video I currently have appears that that was the case. It seems that the player technically was killed before the Ops Pack was activated, but lag caused it to activate anyways. Will accept further information and opinions on this matter, however.

- Have experienced this one extremely often. Its most definitely lag related.


- Banshee's Ranged Attack Traveling through walls:
Can confirm this myself, as can several other players. However I cannot confirm if this is a lag related issue or not. As such I will leave it here until more information is discovered.

- Seems to be caused by you being targeted while lagging and the game thinks you were still in a position where the attack could hit you. This happens with Atlas missiles, Geth missiles, and so forth.


- Biotic Abilities Projectiles not working or targeting properly:
A lot of this is hard to pinpoint whether or not players are lagging, missing their shots, or actually encountering a bug. Possibly related to the projectile "blanks" glitch.

-This is something that I can say has to be lag. I've never experienced anything that has registered to fit this exact description without me having had lag problems in that game.

- Various Stasis bugs:
A few players have reported Stasis causing targets to be invincible to gunfire after a biotic detonation. Also Stasis has been reported to cause enemies to either fall through the floor or be invisible. Need further confirmation on these.

- Have experienced this one. Absolutely no clue what causes it but I can vouch for it.

- Ops Survival Packs usable at full health/shields:
This one is listed here as it may not necessarily be a bug or error, but it does seem to be an oversight.

- Wouldn't consider this a bug, but I have accidentally wasted multiple packs before.

- "Invisible Enemies":
Some players have noted that enemies will load on the map, but be invisible, still able to attack you, but it is as if their model has not loaded. Needs further confirmation/information. Has said to be common on Turrets.

- Have experienced this one. Banshees also have a habit of "Glitching" invisible and/or beneath the map. They're unkillable but they can still assassinate you. Seems to be related to a bug with their chaging.

- Krogan "Stun Lock":
How it works: Krogan characters will get stuck in place being lambasted with bullets, animation from stun is not recovered faster than the next stun is applied. Unknown if this is a bug or intentional. Possible solution would be to make it where Krogan cannot be stunned whille recovering from previous stun. Occurs most often versus Geth.

- Have experienced this one constantly. It is most definitely intentional as it only happens to the two most hardy races in the game: Batarians and Krogan. Its very cheap but its intentional. Both the Hunters and Primes cause Stunlock.


- Rockets passing through enemies:
How it works: At times rockets simply pass through enemies. Fix is to aim at the floor in order to cause the rocket to blow up right beside your target rather than directly on them. Some reports of this are probably due to the previously mentioned error with projectile weapons, and some players simply missing their mark, however since a missle launcher can fire blanks, I suppose it firing a rocket that can be seen and heard, but not cause impact is a possibility. Some suggest it happens right after pulling out the missle launcher.

- Have experienced this one. It happens sometimes and it most likely lag related.

- Falling out of map on Firebase Giant:
How it works: Near the ramp and ladder beside the ammo crate, if you head into the room and take cover by the window overlooking the direction of the LZ, using abilities has been reported to occasionally drop you through the map. Unknown cause.

- I have personally fallen out of FBW and Hydra once each and appeard at the LZ. And no, I wasn't abusing any glitches...


- Turian Stability mods causing guns to climb downwards:
Essentially with a Turian you can get your stability so high, it actually causes to gun to recoil downwards. Unsure if true error, oversight, or left to be funny, but worth noting here.

EDIT: I tried to highlight my comments on the above issues in the quote but my red text didn't work correctly..

Alright, theres my two sense on all of those. I have a few to add.

- Being staggered out a  heavy melee wind up when you are a Batarian. (Happens rarely)
- Obvious impacts from bullets to a Pyro or Primes head from a Sniper will deal no damage and make a sound as if you hit heavy armor (Which makes no sense, as a Widow should hit through that, no?).

there was one time my turian sentinel could hit NOTHING with warp. I would aim it squarely at a target and it would 360 off in a opposite direction and hit nothing. heck, it even missed guardians and atlases. was the most frustrating thing

Phantoms are totally immune to cryo blast (And sabotage.) This is incredibly annoying because it makes it so there really is no good way to fight them.

I pride myself in posting the most useless and probably unproblematic glitch evar, but ya. I'm sure some have noticed it.
Occasionally, when you open the character menu and scroll down and over to the Krogan Vanguard, the part that shows a preview of what powers they have will be missing the symbol but still having the text for Carnage. You can simply fix this by closing and reopening the menu but ya.

- Promoted Characters returning to level 1 with talents spent as if still level 20.
How it works: Upon promoting a character, they will retain their points previously spent in the manner the player had done so. But you can no longer upgrade the skills, and have negative talent points. Further information here, including images:

- Reave Skill sound effect on constant loop.
How it works: Anytime, anywhere. Whenever a Drell uses Reave, the sound effect constantly loops in the background. Occurs on every platform, for every player, including the Drell himself, though not always. Unknown cause of error, easily reproduced. Simply use Reave online. Host status irrelevant.

- Credit farming glitch:
How it works: At the risk of giving this glitch more exposure to those that would abuse it, I will refrain from detailing exactly how it is done. All I will say for now is that it has to do with the host of the game leaving and returning at a certain point of the match. If a Bioware dev would like more information, please message me or give me the go ahead here, and I will post more details on how this is done. I do need confirmation on other platforms if anyone knows it works on a different system.

- Ultra Lightweight Materials Mod not working properly:
How it works: Ultra Lightweight Materials mod for SMGs flat out does not work. Equipping it will look correct in the weight screen and weapons mod screen, but in game it has no effect.

buggy biotics. Throw not detonating Stasis sometimes. Stasis failing to work on Hunters and Guardians sometimes. Warp just not appearing. I'll do the casting motion with my arm, and no blue ball. I think that's across all powers tho. Happened with Incinerate a couple times on my Engineer.

Krogans can melee them to death with a few hits, Asari can stasis them.  Biotic explosion tends to work pretty well on them.  There are good ways to fight them.

When you crouch or are just in cover, then you melee, all your melee animations change into "in cover" melee until you enter/exit cover again.

This has happened to me 4 times this past weekend.

Has Bioware responded to any of this except for the first reply - nearly a month ago?

This is one of the buggier online experiences I've ever had, and Bioware has been pretty quiet about upcoming patches.

Could't compare, but absurd that they won't even confirm the lag/replication issues.  Hosting a game versus not hosting shouldn't cause such a wide gap of performance across certain biotics and projectiles - not to mention clearly broken things like SMG Materials which is sad that it even made it past QA's door.

At the moment I can't promote my characters. Also, when I spend skillpoints, the next time I log on to multiplayer the spent points will be gone from the skill tree and added up there where it says "points".

Has anybody else got the same problem at the moment?

I've been experiencing this since yesterday. (PC)

The other day it let me spend upgrade points on my engineer in 2 different skills, the next time i logged in he had -6 points to spend. O.o

Krogan Heavy Melee Vs Stasis happens on PC as well. I had that Monday night.
