What I did on my first day of Summer Vacation by Dorje.

Dear Mass Forum,

Today I was on Firebase Glacier fighting Geth as a Human Soldier when I was given a Fred tour of the exterior of the facility. Just like those the Vanguards take from time to time.

I think the this was cause by using Adrenaline Rush as I was dying from a Pryo and Troop who had be flanked. I mashed AR just as I died and screed "they got me!" All of a sudden I was alive again, unable to move, but able to shoot. I was then killed again and revived myself with medigel only to begin floating above the floor.

Unfrotuanlly I didn't flip on the battle recorder until after I hit the medigel. I'll upload what I've got in a bit. Need to process it first.

It seems that anything that "gives you health back" that triggers as you die can glitch you out. Perhaps it's time to run some experiments with the Geth Engineer.

Here's a low-priority (avoidable) one I didn't see on the list:

If you go down, then leave the game, join another game, the sound will still be muffled. Affects situational awareness.

Before anyone accuses me of abandoning my team, I leave when I've been dropped into a live game and die moments after spawning.

On my Asari Adept, if I Warp an enemy and detonate it with Throw, they retain the "biotically charged" graphical effect/animation. If I hit them again with Throw, no detonation.  If I Warp + Throw again, detonation.

I'm 100% certain this is what is happening, as numerous times I have done it in sequence: Warp, Throw (detonate), Throw, Warp, Throw (detonate) with the blue glowies there the whole time after the first warp.

There is also no glowie effect on large enemies, like the Atlas, Ravager and Banshee, or if it is there, it is too subtle to know whether they are charged or not.

 Multi-Player Bugs still extant.


1)  Sometimes can't pick up thermal clips from Ammo Crate. 
My character has reduced thermal clip capacity ( not zero ) - but thermal clips are not dispensed.  This is an occasional glitch. 


2)  My character dodged a Geth Rocket Trooper RPG, or Atlas Missile and still took damage despite successful dodge.   Are these SUPPOSED TO BE GUIDED MISSILES ?   Because these missiles track and curve and follow my character - and go through walls !

the one where there's one enemy left, and they're invisible/ethereal/can't be killed so it ****s you over and you don't get any money or experience because you can't go on

no, **** that, it's a goddamn irritating glitch and needs to be fixed already.

That's working as intended. Any Bionic Explosion spreads the primary effect(such as warp) on nearby enemies but those can't be detonated unless you "prime" them again. Otherwise BE's would spread like a bad chain reaction in a warehouse filled with explosives.

Nothing was fixed with the last patch, most of the listed as fixed issues, in fact, were not fixed at all, shame spot on bioware!
Fix your fraud ingame store real quick....

I don't want to sound overly negative, but every time when I think I've seen and experienced all glitches now, I discover a new one. This is really frustrating.

Nearly everybody knows the vanguard glitch by now. And found out the hard way, that this glitch has NOT been fixed, although claimed otherwise by the official 1.03 patch list (that can be found here: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/324/index/12276459 )

What was new to me this time was the following:
The vanguard had glitched out in Wave 5 or 6 and he was still able to continue to play until wave 8. We were playing Gold against Cerberus on Firebase Dagger and he started falling through the map at the spawn point over and over again. He would still attract some enemies, which somewhat compensated for losing a teammate and occasionally was able to hit them with his smash.

When we reached Wave 10 a very weird thing happened. The text "Wave 10" appeared on my screen and then my Xbox 360 completely froze! Nothing would work anymore (even pressing the Xbox buttion wouldn't do anything), so I had to hard reset my Xbox and restart the game. Once I had established the Xbox Live party connection again, I found out, that I wasn't the only one. One of my teammates had experienced the exact same thing. "Wave 10" appeared on her screen and then her Xbox froze to the point, that only a hard reset would help her out.

I think the reason for this was the Vanguard having glitched out big time. He was constantly falling through the map and then re-spawning on top of it, which at some point seemed to have overloaded her and my Xbox. The host was NOT affected though and could continue to finish the game (yes, he is that good to solo on gold and it also helped that the vanguard was still attracting the enemies).

Of course my teammate and I tried to re-enter the game as fast as possible to at least get the credits for finishing Wave 10.

BUT UNFORTUNATELY the Balance Changes had been released in the last hour. So when she and I tried to reconnect with the host, we both got the message that we were playing a different version of the game.

I have to say this added to my anger big time.

To sum it up:
- 2 players had lost the experience AND the credits for successfully playing through a Gold Game.
- 2 players had lost their Mods they had applied to our equipment before the game.
- We were not allowed to re-enter until the host had gone to his dashboard and re-started ME3 to load the latest Balance Changes
- the Vanguard didn't really have a good time seeing himself playing map elevator for most of the time.

I am wondering: is it really THAT hard to fix the vanguard glitch?

I have a request for Bioware:
PLEASE DO NOT RELEASE ANOTHER RESURGENCE OR REBELLION PACK BEFORE YOU HAVEN'T REALLY (!!!) FIXED THE VANGUARD GLITCH.

Right now as this thread proves there are so many unfixed bugs still in the game, ruining the gaming experience, that I would make it a priority to fix those first before introducing even more problems with the next expansion of the game.

Don't get me wrong. I am not one of those complainers that can be found all over the forum. I love playing ME3 Multiplayer big time. I think the concept is ingenious. But I would prefer a clean and bugfree execution over more options making things even more cluttered.

That is a pretty old glitch. According to my friends it already happened in the Demo. Apparently Bioware does not want to fix this or they would have done so during the last 4 months.
