Sometimes tech bursts and fire explosions do not properly trigger even when the prerequisites are met (overloaded + incinerate for tech bursts, burning target + overload to kill for fire explosions) but this may be because of lag. On the subject, sometimes bullets that I fire do not register when I'm not host.
When playing as the quarian engineer with a flame-thrower turret (haven't tried missiles), you can still hear the sound effect of fire being spit from the gun even when the turret is redeployed elsewhere. This sound effect will stay until the end of the game. This happens occasionally when I play as the quarian engineer and also when I play with other quarian engineers (and I'm not one).
I've witnessed these glitches on the PC version.

Not a bug per say, but there should be a minor cooldown on Survival Ops healthkits, like 0.5 seconds or 1 seconds. If you get staggered and you hammer the button away it's very easy to "eat" multiple healthkits without any added benefit.
Revenant has negative recoil (shots lead it downward) on Turian Soldier + Marksman (accuracy evolutions) + Stability passives + Recoil Dampener mod mk.V
I think the bug is more the hitbox is in the wrong spot - call me crazy but I seem to do more damage hitting a Banshee in the chest than I do in the face.

- dont forget the bug, where sometimes some mobs (usually 1 mob) become invincible and you cant kill him. End of match, since the next wave wont commence.
- Also sometimes mobs fall outside of the map and wont come up again. Also can mean the end of the match, since you cant continue. Sometimes this can be still saved, by walking on the edge of the map and looking for enemies down there. Bug nonetheless.
- not being able to climb ladders, at all.
- turrets become invisible
- falcon projectiles not firing/not exploding/dissapearing. This can be fixed by hosting the game yourself, but still theres no reason for them to COMPLETELY dissapear.
- obviously the vanguard glitch, that prevents you from activating any abilities = instant death
- also theres the bug with the banshee, where she teleports to some high spot on the map(the one on top of the ladder on FBW, where mobs sometimes spawn and drop down) or if you come down the long stairs on Glaciar to the bottom most room, she gets stuck in that balcony looking thingy on top of it.
Thats all the stuff i can think of that u didnt name yet(off the bat, theres more for sure)

It's still a bug. Lag doesn't prevent you from climbing ladders, it prevents you from climbing right away. This is a permanent thing, and applies to all ladders on the map.

yeah that bug comes from grabbing an enemy sometimes it doesnt kill them and then you cant kill them you just have to chase them off the map till they fall through the map and die.

INVISIBLE TURRETS: Cerberus, any map. Not sure why or how this happens but occasionally an engineer will deploy an invisible turret. You can hear it, it can kill you and It can be destroyed... if you can find it.
INVISIBLE GETH HUNTERS: Geth, Any Map. No not "cloaked and I didn't see it" but completely invisible like Wonder Woman's jet. Very annoying. Usually visible to host but no other players.
REVIVE "A" SYMBOL ON HEALTHY PLAYER: Any enemy, any map. I have seen players with "A" revive symbol on them even though they are in perfect health and running around shooting enemies . If you try and revive them nothing happens... obviously.

Phantoms are sometimes immune to all biotic abilities. Intentional or a bug? At least with banshees there's animation around them when they put up their biotic shield up but with phantoms they just ignore it without any visual cues.

It's possible, sure, but I've had it happen to me while I was hosting with no other lag issues, and I've seen it pass through enemies who were nigh on impossible to miss (brutes in doorways) only to have it kill things in the next room.

Almost definately a lag issue. I see this often if I do not host or find a fast host. It's frustrating to miss at point blank range. Another clue is if you die after taking cover. The induced lag doesn't register the hit immediately and you wind up on the floor even when supposedly protected.CaspianRoach wrote...
This is very vague and I'm sorry but I've encountered this twice so far: sometimes when you join a game your biotic abilities lose the abilitiy to auto-target. They still curve sometimes but they almost never hit the marked target (even if the target didn't dodge).

Tends to happen a lot if you use Biotic Charge right before you die. Biotic Charge sound plays when you die but nothing happens. After you get revived you get progressively more and more "out of sync" with the map until you fall through it entirely.

Any projectile weapon (scorpion, graal) behaves this way, even Proximity Mine does.

The SMG ultralight materials are absolutely bugged. It will display the proper weight reduction on the weapons screen but powers still take the hit in recharge time as though the weapon was unmodded.
It's obscenely easy to check. That's the only mod I know of that flat out doesn't work at all.
I'd like to see something done about the ops packs. For one thing I shouldn't be able to use 3 of them in a row and I also shouldn't die right after I slam one.
The slight delay is a killer at higher difficulties and is also the reason why I can end up using more than one.

Bullets, from any weapon, can count as hitting an enemy but do zero damage. This can happen consistently on firebase dagger, when standing in the control room, firing left towards enemies near the ladder. Can also occur when an enemy drops out of a stasis bubble due to the effect expiring, not due to the damage based drop.
The hit marker will appear, enemies health will flash like they are taking damage, but none will be done. I've only had this happen when NOT hosting the game, however the connection seemed good on all other accounts. I could hit enemies on other parts of the map, I could move properly, powers worked etc.
Confirmed from other players on the PC platform.
