Unable to revive teammate is also on PC, it happend to me a couple of times.
Also on some rare occasions I couldn't revive myself even though I had medigel, it happened to one of my friends aswell (also on PC).

I don't know if this is a bug but powers like overload & energy drain interupt biotic detonations. Basically you would throw a warp and then another player would overload that target, then when you shoot your "throw", no biotic detonations. You have to shoot another "throw" and hope he doesn't overload that target again in order for your BD to work. Playing with multiple engineers/salarian inf. can be incredibly frustrating. I've had games that I barely managed to do some BD's. If it's not a bug, it should be changed.

Sentry Drone, upgraded to use flamethrower, thesound can start looping continuosly. Very similar to Reave sound bug. The more sentry drones you throw around the map, the more "sound pockets" you create where the flamethrower keeps firing.

I have had the bug where you're charged for a pack but do not receive it happen on 360 as well. When it happened to me, I picked the pack and purchased it. Then I sat on a screen indicating it was communicating with EA. After about 30 seconds it timed out, and I was returned to the main menu. Upon going back into multiplayer, I had lost my credits but did not receive a pack. It was strange because one other time when this happened, I got my pack as soon as I went back into multiplayer.

Would it be easier for you to track issues if they were highlighted & bolded vs. general comments? I can edit my posts so a quick scan of the page brings this to your attention for addition to the list.

Krogan Heavy Melee and Stasis:  A krogan will pass right through target in stasis when doing heavy melee.  It appears that the melee will work if the target happens to be at the end of their charge.  I believe you can still head butt a target in stasis.

Didn't see anything about armor penetration ammo/mods overriding certain values on weapons that already have wall penetration in the sticky. Basically, anything that already has full damage wall penetration will have that full damage modifier overwritten by whatever the modifier the mod or ammo has; the net result is that while total penetrative distance is increased correctly but the damage dealt is reduced. The distance penetrated by the shot has no effect.

You can reproduce this very easily on firebase giant with a widow. The widow will penetrate the large window for full damage without a piercing mod, but will do reduced damage with a piercing mod.

We are not too sure of the cause, though it is never seen on the host, and each case is a bit unique with what they can and cannot do, as well as how to get out of it.

Basically, something happens, and you are mostly ignored by the enemies, unable to interact with most objects, pick up ammo, or cause damage to enemies.  But you can push them, sometimes revive/be revived, and you still collect EXP/Credits, you can also stagger enemies, and cause no damage..

Platforms:  PC, possibly Xbox too, not sure about PS3.

The grab error creating invincible enemies happens on Xbox 360 at the very least. Not sure about other consoles, but it has happened to me on 360.

a very rare one:
Can not move on spawn in.  You just stand there. can look around and shoot. if it does occur it's with something that doesn't have roll. Asairi and Krogan have had it happen with.
getting killed fixes this though.

The scorpion seems to have a limit of 3 projectiles at once active.
tried it out when shooting at an atlas. emptying clip of all 5 at once before the first one detonates the 4th and 5th will sometimes be duds,/ disappear 
one tme event for me atleast...  Link to report  all details are there that I could think of.

invisible enemies. seems random I can't get it to happen regularly.
turrets, banshees,

shooting some enemies in certain spots does no damage but does stager... if it does happen it's when shooting their sides (like arm's on assault trooper)  not easy to get to happen though.

hitting a brute with a Javalen sometimes does little damage...  not sure where I hit it though. will try it again. 




reactor: are the enemies supposed to spawn right on top of that hack objective.  it's that one straight from the LZ through the building on the other side.

cerberous seems to like getting stuck  in mid air, on that map alot. Where? almost anywhere that they drop down from way up.

sometimes when creating a public match... have 2 people in it (host and one other) and no one else joins.
changing who created the match and people join right away.

Image IPB Vanguard glitch is also present on 360 seen it happen alot... almost everytime I see one in a game it happens to them.

now I can't think of othersImage IPB I know of more. ah.

 I didn't see it on the list, so I'll add this one (although it's a minor bug but still annoying)

Turian Veteran - Taking all Stability evolutions combined with a maxed Assault Rifle Stability mod creates reverse muzzle climb when firing an assault rifle equiped with such a mod.

I saw/caused this on PC with an Asari Adept, and a Drell Reaver ally.
I started with a Stasis, and caught two cannibals in it.  On of use did a biotic explosion, I fired a Warp, he probably fired the Reave ability, and the targets appeared dead.
As I walked past it I noticed I was getting shot at but couldn't find the source.  Eventually I noticed it was coming from a Cannibal on the ground, still with a health bar.
More warps and pistol shots dropped his lifebar and ended his "play" dead.

I'm guessing that the stasis effect still had the effect of locking it in place, even though the timer had expired, and it was able to target.

The quarian engineer's flame turret sound annoyingly gets stuck on, like the drell's reave. I don't recall it doing this during the demo or right after release, but it does it a lot now.

I dont know if anyone has said this already about the store bug. There are two cases.

1. The error comes up, no purchase is made and your credits are refunded (at least it looks that way). Upon restarting the client the credits are gone, but no items added.

I dont know which one happens the most. Ive been lucky enough to get the contents of the pack after restarting the client most of the time but not always.

I can confirm these bugs on PC:





- Promoted Characters returning to level 1 with talents spent as if still level 20.


Promoted Sentinel and then Engineer, my Vanguard and  Infiltrator at 20 both got bugged! This is a gamebreaker


- Reave Skill sound effect on constant loop.


Yes, extremely annoying!!

- Projectile Weapons firing "blanks.":

Often happen with the Falcon, think it's related to the delayed projectile, makes a weak weapon with the weight of  a train even worse

This happens to me when I get the "can't complete the purchase" message. I think perhaps I get the items anyway if the credits are taken since one time I had a new weapon all the sudden after a relog. But hard to say based on the "NEW ITEM" tag in the equipment window.

How about the constant disconnection problem some players have even after following the steps from Bioware and knowing its not their internet as it works for every other game going bar this one?

Lots of players missing out on millions of credits and XP due to wave 11 DC that happens a lot.

Can confirm that the unable to revive bug also occurs on PC. Also, might be worth mentioning staggered hunters continuing to blast you with their shotguns and being staggered when using a power can eat the cooldown and not cast the power (maybe a non-host thing).

Good catch. However, a Bioware Dev posted that all weapons (except for the Javelin) should do reduced damage afte hitting through cover or after penetating a previous target, whether they're using a armor-piercing mod or not.

So the Widow is supposed to do reduced damage even without the AP mod after penetrating previous cover or previous target.

Can you please add to the list the bug where your shields fully refresh, but you still die in 1 hit? This happens with ops survival packs and charge.

Close to death -> use ops survival pack -> get full health and shields -> die as if u had only 1 health

This occurs as host of the game too, so its not lag.
