First of all yes I am reading this thread. 

This one only occurs with the N7 weapons from the commendation packs and will only happen the first time you start multiplayer on a fresh boot and you first go into Multiplayer->Character (you will notice it unequip on the right of your screen). If you enter a lobby they will still be equip, they will only unequip if you go into Weapon from the first character screen on a fresh boot of the game.

hes anyone encountered this weird bug on firebase reactor where Cerberus troops would get stuck on the Elevated Walkways and the match would not continue until you hunt down them down? it gets annoying.

Yep. This has happened various times to me. Here's an example (in the first part). I have another clip too of one waaaaay up top. Had to arc warp + throw a few times to finally kill it.

I haven't read the entire thread, so I don't know if it has been stated already, but I have the guns firing blanks happen on the black widow as well. I know it has happened on at least one or two other weapons (not listed on the original post) but I can't exactly remember which ones.

This also happens in the firebase glacier on the overpass in the lowest area of the map.

BLOOD SCREEN EFFECT (low hp) ALWAYS VISIBLE.

Sometimes getting killed and revived fast, will keep your bloodied screen (the screen effect when you have low health) visible all the time.
It seems like the game engine stops making sense and regardless of shields or health.. the blood screen will be always visible. It happens way too randomly to pinpoint.. but requires a) Laggy server B) Getting your HP drained fast.
the screen usually disappear after 2-3 rounds (also when you have your HP damaged again and then heal normally)
This bug also happens (not that I've seen it much) to other "effect" first person screen effects... including ADRENALINE, MARKSMAN..etc..

i encountered another creepy bug
There was one game where my character die but he could still shoot even when the body was on the floor, it was odd. I lol when It happened.

I posted about this a few weeks ago, and someone told me to "get over it" for some reason.

Anyway, it's really annoying.

I've had a similar phenomenon occur a few times, except instead of the low-health visuals, I get the low health sounds. As in, everything is normal, but the sounds are muffled, and I hear the heartbeat that indicates extremely low health. It fixes itself after dying and getting revived, but still werid when it happens.

I have no idea if the glitches are related, but in either case, keep an eye out for it!

I don't know if anyone has mentioned these before, but I've encountered a few times where either enemies would become frozen and invincible while entering the map (i.e. jumping off ledges and what not into the battlefield) or a single enemy becoming invincible. I'm relatively sure it's not connection issues because the other enemies just get shot and die normally, but these act like they aren't there. Yesterday a krogan, turian, and I were fighting the geth on Glacier base when one of them just spawned invincible. It could shoot you but when you shot it nothing happened and the breaking glass effect appeared on the windows behind it. All of us eventually just let it kill us because we couldn't beat it.

buy a pack, select one, and their credits are taken, but somehow they
don't actually get the pack out of it. I don't know how that happens, or

There is a bug with Armor-Piercing Ammo when using a two-weapon loadout.

Opened a thread about it a while ago. social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/343/index/10778755

It could still use some more confirmation, if it occurs with other ammo types and weapons as well.

This happened to me a few times (at least twice or thrice), I've no idea if anyone else faced it, but instead of falling off the map or going underground (this happened as well, primarily near stairs.), my Vanguard started hovering, going higher and higher and higher till I once had a birds POV of the map. I think charging at something in cover and ending up on an elevated platform causes it, since I recall ending up standing ON cover, crates and so forth. Can't confirm on whether or not that's really the cause, I don't use my Vanguard anymore.

Playing on the PS3.

Krogan Soldiers with points in fortification start the game with their cooldown timer activated and are unable to turn on their static power. (xbox 360)

Have had an issue on firebase reactor with freshly spawned enemies freezing in the middle of their drop down and becoming immune to damage. Near the end of the wave the enemy finally released its position and was killable, until then highly annoying.

Final evolution of Krogan Carnage does not apply damage upgrade, nor do power bonuses from Krogan Berserker apply to Carnage.

Krogan melee does hit crumpling state opponents affected by Stasis, Overload or Drain Energy.

Ops Survival packs do not apply in sync with sound activation. This is not a lag issue, as it affects the host as well.

Geth hunters are immune to Krogan melee in stealth mode, and Hunter stealth fortification refutes even shield draining weapons and amps.

One relatively minor bug is that as a Human Engineer when you redeploy your drone, it sometimes turns instantly red. This definitely makes it hard to tell what its actual health is.

A much bigger issue w/ the drone (and turret) is that it targets through walls - its often shooting missiles and bullets at the wall, instead of at an enemy it can reach. This is compounded by bad targeting priority - it should probably try to attack the closest enemy and switch to the highest aggro enemy when it's being attacked, but I guess that's edging towards RFE territory.

An RFE that would be awesome would be for the drone to be smart and to hang around/protect you when you are disarming, but I'm not holding my breath for that...

I got that on a turian SENTINEL once.  Had some lag/latency issues bout round 5-6, mid round 6 started stutter-stepping like I was barely in contact with the ground, then floated free of firebase white.

Dunno where my allies comps thought I was, they were able to res me when I got killed, even when my view was way up high.  Then I appeared just under the floor.

Only happened the once, never seen before or since.

Updating original post.

Please note that I'm not updating with lag related issues, as those aren't really fixable by dev work to my knowledge. If enough people can confirm a game-breaking or semi-game-breaking latency issue, I'll add it. But if just one person has issues with what appears to be a lag problem... well it's too hard to tell whether that is actually anything related to the game, or just the player's connection in general. If you wish to post what seems like a laggy error, please confirm that it will happen to you regardless of host or not as well.


ALSO!

Please guys, do me a favor and specifically state which glitches have happened to you, rather than saying "all of these happened to me on PS3." No offense, but I find it very hard to believe someone has ran into every single one of them. Please state them one at a time for me, it will also be easier for me to list it that way.:wizard:

Joining A Game In Progress: It would be nice to have certain amount of immunity after awaking from the join coma. I was sidelined instantly by a phantom with zero chance to retreat, fire, or anything for that matter, upon materialization in the game. Basically happened like so: As soon as screen shows the map my arm goes up and insta-dead. Not a very good start to the match.

I've got 2 more:

Geth Plasma Shotgun doesn't work with Tactical Cloak:
If you charge the gun it will immediately uncloak you (might be intended though).
But even if you don't charge the gun and don't fire at all you will randomly lose your cloak while running around with a Geth Plasma Shotgun.

Can't fire/use abilities:
You can't do anything except run around or go into cover. Abilities aren't reacting and you can't fire your weapon.
Only happened once to me though. Possibly related to a bad connection with the host because the game was lagging the whole time.

My biggest glitch is the disconnecting glitch.  There are nights that I can play a full round and other ones when I can't even get into the lobby to play a round.  There are soo many people with this problem across all platforms that it needs to addressed really fast.  There is a very long thread about this here:  http://social.biowar...3/index/9271235

Most everyone in there has had this happen to them.  No matter what we have tried it keeps coming back like a bad dream.  I was lucky to get 2 promotions last weekend, it was nearly impossible to play even one round.  Please look into this glitch.

Anybody encountered a glitch where in enemies become Invisible? Not Invincible but literally invisible. Not sure how this happened but happened already happened a couple of times, once was with an Invisible turret (pretty much killed me and my whole team since we tried to revive each other in the killzone) and the other was with a Banshee (freaking scary).
