I've seen a few invisible turrets. Just turrets, nothing else.

I've seen this happen a few times on PC. Here it is on video. Two cases, but I have seen it a few more times.

Gun shooting forever (animation only)

Here's a fun one. I revived a guy but the reticule thingy didn't disappear for the rest of the match. I could even click it and it would turn green. (I was also very low level, but had my level 20 powers)

Mother of god, I'm all caught up!

A bit of clean-up to do on the first post. 

A lot of people are repeating issues, please read the first post as it is updated regularly. Your glitch may be on there. (Although posting this here is probably irrelevant, if they didn't read the first post... probably won't read a random post on page 8.)

Thanks a lot for the feedback guys. If any of you feel I have overlooked your post, or ignored your issue, please repost it with further clarity. 

I did NOT add any issues that sound specifically related to lag, if you believe that is the reason I ignored yours, please feel free to argue against it, and why you think it should be added. Also if you feel I may have just overlooked you, feel free to repost it so I see it again. I'm not going to backtrack pages at this point.

Thanks for your cooperation and patience everyone. I feel like we might be making a real difference with this thread. Bioware hires good listeners!

Saw that earlier forgot to add it, I'll add the video. But it is still possible lag is causing it. If I'm not mistaken even if you solo, you're still connecting to EA's servers, and could get lag through that. Although I may just be talking out of my rear, feel free to correct me if anyone knows more than I do on this subject.

I fell out of the base on dagger the other day. A banshee picked me up for the instakill while at the 2nd extraction zone situated outside at the far side of the base. I was dropped and fell through a gap onto the ground underneath the base. I was able to run around outside but then fell through the ground and reappeared at the other extraction zone inside the base. From there I was able to run back to the team and complete extraction. Weird???

Any ideas on Phantom's random biotic immunities? Hitting them with Warp seems to damage them in only about 50% of times, I would really like to know why is it happening (no they aren't dodging from it).

About, the credit farming glitch. I was invited into a lobby (on ps3) without knowing that's their intention. I hear the other players talking about the host leaving and joining at a certain point. Of course I left the lobby, but I don't know if they were able to carry that out on the ps3...

Most likely, I think it works on PC as well. If anyone can confirm it, I'll change it's status to all platforms.

I just experienced a very interesting glitch on the PS3 with my human vanguard, but I don't think it is class-related, as I've seen it on other players before. Suddenly, after being revived at the end of a wave, my character moved in slow motion - I could still charge and nova in normal speed, but all other movements were slowed down considerably, I couldn't even play anymore, I was dead weight to the team. Happened around wave 9 or 10 I think.

I managed to create invisible Phantom yeasterday with stasis. Its 3d model was stuck in the position i stasised it but it was running around us completly invisible and downed the whole team.

I haven't the time to go through all 8 of the pages to see if this has been mentioned already, but:

On several matches, my team has gotten the "one enemy left" warning, and the enemy with the diamond on him is just standing there, not moving or doing anything, and is completely immune to all forms of damage. We end up having to quit the match (or have the host quit so we restart from the beginning of the wave).

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but it happens quite a lot for me and is very annoying:

Jumping over cover displays the jumping animation, but after the animation is done you end up where you started. That's a big deal and can lead to inevitable death for instance if you are trying to evade a greande.

To further confirm this glitch, I have encountered both invisible turrets and banshees.

I've noticed several invisible banshees on different occasions on the Firebase Dagger map. Bronze difficulty. Unsure if the difficulty is a variable or not, so thought I'd include it as well. Probably occurs on other maps, but Firebase Dagger is where I've seen it occur enough to remember.

As for invisible turrets, only seen a few. Can't remember which maps except one, Firebase Giant with an upload objective in the centre of the map. As my team mates and I couldn't see the turret, it was quite the killzone. Took me taking it out with warp+throw combos whilst the team chain revived eachother to keep everyone alive. Oddly, and probably thankfully, it was the only invisible turret on the map (however there were two other turrets in the area). The only thing you can see is the red outline that shows up on all enemies, the same with invisible banshees.

Platform was 360, cannot confirm for PC or PS3.

I've encountered a few other bugs listed, but cannot remember details aside from the fact that they made playing difficult for those effected, as such I'll refrain from posting to save confusion.

To the various stasis glitch part:
Last night i joined a group, we were on the map with ship on the landing pad and that 2 L shaped counters in the room downstairs. I used a lvl 16 asari adept.
Used stasis on nemesis hiding behind the ship on the landing pad. Naturally someone shot it so it went on the ground and so i waited for her to get back up again. But, she never did, except that something was shooting at me. Next thing i see is just red laser beam pointing at me, but there was no one there. So nemesis turned invisible. At least to me though, since other killed her at the end. Took like a minute of me dodging the invisible mob.
On top of that i put stasis on centurion also near the nemesis and it too went invisible only that i saw him after it went through the ground and fall under the landing pad. While it was on the landing pad it was invisible as well.

Oh almost forgot. This was a one time occurance with this one host. It was also very laggy. Had some other stuff happening like. I threw a warp on atlas followed by pull and pull projectile just flew through. This happend like 40% of the time, really annoying, but i understand the lag stuff and packet loss, easy to fix is just to be a host youurself.

The character points reset glitch (ended up with negative points) happened to my friend on 360 too, he said he'd experienced connection issues same day though.

I don't know if this is the 100% right thread for it, as I don't know if it is supposed to be that way.

Playing a SI with a GPS you actually don't de-cloak after a charged shot if you do the following:

Charge => cloak => shoot quickly after the cloak comes up. I can't really tell if you already get the cloak buff then, which is why I am not sure if it is actually a glitch/bug/whatever.

I have encountered this bug couple of times. When very close of being incapacitated and using Ops survival pack you instantly get teleported across whole map to the Landing zone.

Also enemies sometimes fall under the map, get stuck in spawn/in the wall.

Got this really strange glitch on 360 yesterday; powers passed through enemies, gun wouldn't shoot, couldn't pick up ammo boxes, equipment (as in medigel, missiles, etc) didn't work.

Only thing that would work was melee, and no this didnt occur because there was lag in the game, everything was perfectly fine until all of a sudden it started happening out of the blue. Went away after about 2 waves though ...

Id like to confirm the the Vanguard Charge + Death falling out of the map all of the does occur on 360 as well as PC... I've encountered it several times.
