Who the hell cares if it is free? I'd have gladly paid for a NEW ending that had no plot holes or stupidity in it.

Also, the endings are broken. You cannot clarify something that's BROKEN. You fix it.

OP, chill out.

Personally, I'm pleased to hear about this clarification DLC but I also hold no hope for it. I will not judge it though until it is out. On the other hand people still have the right to express their opinions. For all we know the clarification DLC is going to do absolutely nothing and the fan rage will grow. Then we'll know that EA/Bioware was just throwing something out there in hopes that fans would shut up about the other thing. If its good, fans will quiet down FOR THE MOST PART, because no one will ever be able to make everyone happy. It it is somewhere in between maybe it will restore hope to the fans until the next DLC that changes things (if they do a series of dlc 'fixes').

Bioware is using the fact that it's free to gain brownie points. To bad for them, many fans expressed a willingness to pay up to $30 for an actual ending.
