I don't financially support them, I pay for their products and I will continue to do so if this free DLC is successful.

Paying for a companies' products means you are financially supporting that company.

If this DLC is good yes, if not probably still yes because i love mass effect even with it's flaws. At least they're doing something.

I for one do not plan on continuing to financially support BioWare or EA. If I want to buy either of their games I will definitely be buying used. I don't think there is any way BioWare could win be back as a customer. I know for certain I will never buy an EA game again.

I will continue to support them, however I may be very cautious with investment in new franchises if this extended cut doubles down on lore errors and raises more questions than it answers.

As of today, (April 5th, 2012), what are your plans in regards to purchasing future BioWare products?

After voting, please post your vote here in order to bump the thread. A large sample size will establish this poll as an accurate measure of fan's reactions to BioWare's Extended Cut DLC.

It will establish a measure which is biased by mostly anti-ending fans and BSN users overall.

I said I was undecided. I'm not going to base my future relationship with a company off of one annoucement. I'm going to wait and see what sort of content we get with the DLC. If i'm satisfied then I will continue buying Bioware products, if not then I won't.

If Bioware can't see the necessity of scrapping the entire ending, then they are no longer committed to their fans and they don't deserve our money. Furthermore they blatantly lied to us for months about what the content of the endings and still have not acknowledged it or apologized for it.

I for one mourn the death of Bioware. While I doubt it lasts for another 3 years anyways, they're dead to me starting now.

I don't 'financially support' BioWare; I just buy games I like the look of, no matter who made them.

I therefore voted 'undecided'; since I can't say what they might make in the future, or what I might think of it at the time.

If they keep the Starkid ending and continue to stand by the horrific mess that is the ME3 ending, they'll be dead to me forevermore, plain and simple. They took a dump on KOTOR fans with TOR, they took a dump on DA:O fans with DA2, and now they've ruined the entire ME franchise. Why would I do anything but turn my back on the company that's killing things I used to love?

I am of two minds on this one. One side says they have disappointed me and lied to me like no other company I've ever dealt with; but I don't know if that's Bioware or if that's the Mass Effect team. I see the DLC that'll be here in 3 or 4 months as being nothing more than a "Here's your explanation because you were too stupid to understand us the first time we said it". I am very doubtful it will address any of the real complaints.

At this point, there's one thing I can say for sure .. unless something substantial were to happen with the ending, I will never purchase another game helmed by Casey Hudson. And there's a good chance that even if there is that change I wouldn't buy another one of his games simply because of what has come out of his mouth over the last year.

Nope, with the way they have handled this, they aren't getting any more money from me.

P.S I hear from a semi-reliable Canadian source that they will be announcing a new ME game at PAX, but don't let it throw you off balance. Take from that what you will.

I doubt I will, but I can't vote as Undecided because I fall closer to "No" than that. Essentially, tomorrow will be final answer. I doubt I will be happy with what they say, hence why I'm closer to No than Undecided.
