never again will I be dissapointed by bioware. I've cancelled my SW:ToR subscription. it's a done deal. this ship has sunk and the sharks are out to play. ah well, I'm done with gaming as it is...mass effect and sonic are all I had left.

I'm in a wait and see mode for the DLC. But my faith in the company is held by the slimmest of threads.

No.
After DA2 disaster I decided that ME3 is the last one - I simply cannot betray my Shepard. But now it is over.

I would support Bioware. But Bioware does not exist. It's EA. EA is about mass market. They want to sell games to the masses. This is a dangerous strategy. Bioware had millions of fans that bought every single Bioware game. EA approach will kill off these loyal fans and maybe sell more games to casual gamers.

Look at the decline after EA. It started with the horrible DLC for Dragon Age Origins.

EA does not care if we want to replay the game many times to see each outcome. They have our money.

The next Bioware game will be the first that I wait for real reviews before I buy it.

I'm 'undecided'. I generally don't commit to buying or not buying something in advance. I'll look at BW releases and do my best to make an informed decision. However, after DA2 and ME3 I'm going to be a LOT more skeptical. A BioWare sticker on a game box will no longer be enough to convince me to buy the game.

while I did vote undecided, looking at how things are looking from the the statement about the content of the extended cut, I highly doubt that I will buy anything with the bioware logo again. But I will reserve my final judgement for when the dlc comes out and I have played it.

Honestly? I've already paid for 6 months of SWTOR. I can cancel, but it'd be kind of pointless. Besides, my brother, LOVES TOR. I like it too. He's not a ME fan. We play together. It's fun. I doubt i'm going to be leaving him high and dry over this, dispite the fact i've CONSIDERED it. That should tell bioware something... if they knew me... knew how much i looked froward to TOR... how much i enjoy it... to even consider it... is a tell tell sign i'm highly pissed off.

I can tell you this. Bioware has lost a pretty die hard fan. (for all they care...) They could do no wrong in my eyes for a long time. I own... 6 of there games. 3 of them I consider my all time Fav's. (ME1, ME2, TOR) And, while i'll prolly still support TOR as long as my brother plays, they'll be hard pressed to sell me anything else. And if my brother loses intrest... *shrug*

I'm disapointed bioware. I expected better, i really did.

If I like the games, sure. And I've liked most of them so far. So yes.

I'm boycotting EA for good, mass effect 3 was my saving grace, hell I even made and argument for why I needed to get the game for the console and not on origin well it seems that didn't matter. Now this clarification dlc is a bigger slap in the face, sure it may explain the ending better still doesn't alter the fact that the ending is a violation to every author and writer in the world, it goes completely against how your supposed to write a story and its completely incoherent. What we wanted was an actually ending to the trilogy what we got was the beginning of a new franchise made to look like an ending to a game.

Yee hee! I'm pretty sure 90% of the whiners on this poll will play the next Bioware game to come out anyway. Losers.

Probably. But I'll wait for it to hit the $10 bin at Gamestop.

I chose Undecided. I'm belaying my plans to jump into SW:TOR, which would have been my first MMO. I don't think I'll buy any Mass Effect 3 DLC unless they absolutely crush the "extended cut" ending. As much as I love 95% of the game, I don't see any reason to play additional content that isn't going to have an impact on the entire final push to take back earth, and then the bizarro ending. And I have beef with the Dragon Age series as well, after DA2 came to market with a ton of glitches (Isabel/Sebastian attack speed glitch foremost among them) that forced me to replay large chunks of the game several times.

If the reviews of DA3 are stellar, I'll buy it, or at least consider buying it after it's patched. When Bioware comes out with a new property--and they will, even if it seems like it's been nothing but Dragon Age and Mass Effect forever--I'll think about it. Two big snafus in a row have me thinking that my favorite developer has really slipped, which is hard to imagine.

If so then that doesn't mean anyone will pay Bioware a penny for it.

Not supporting them until the endings are changed. If that means never again, then there ya go.

Why would I support BW? From what I can tell they are not giving me, the customer, what I want. It's simple business.

Note: I've already returned my copy of ME3 so that's the first shot. I just need to figure out how to [ethically] send a stronger message.

I can't say anything definitively. Definitely no more first day purchases, and I'm just completely done with ME - I still love the series but I don't care about DLC or the extended cut anymore. I just don't think it is salvageable for me personally.

If DA3 gets good reviews from fans, then I might consider buying it. But we'll just have to wait and see.

Seriously pirating is just gonna make things worse. Look at the online passes. Just buy them cheap and used so EA doesn't get any profit.

It depends: Yes if we get post ending gameplay. No if we don't.
