Anybody else notice this glitch?
What happens is that I hold and charge the Chakram Launcher to it's highest potentional, then I accidentally trigger a cutscene. Then, throughout the cutscene, whenever it shows my Shepard, the Chakram Launcher charged sound is always playing. One time, after a cinematic, the sound continued to play, and I was unable to use my gun (had to revert to last autosave).
Anybody else encounter this issue?

Yes I had this too on the PC version. Had to quit the game and reload.
