i tried to purchase 1600 bioware points but when i confirming the purchase, it came up with an error telling me to try again later, so i try again and got the same error.
so i was dissapointed with the result but my brother in good will offered to pay via paypal, he did, then i noticed i had 4800 points and i thought he bought me them as he is kind hearted like that (he left straight for work after he paid).
then the day after i try to make a purchase at my local supermarket and my card got declined, i then go check my bank balance to realize i have nothing left.
i later then find out that my brother only bought 1600.
i check the "manage accounts" and taken a look at the account activity to see that my card was charged £12.38 twice!
i was not notified that i was charged by this site or recieved a confirmation email so i feel kind robbed, i know there's is fault on my behalf but i still feel i was wronged. i dont know what to do, i would love a refund but i know it is highly unlikely but i would love some help and advice on this situation.
