I was too angry about the announcement... And I wanna apologise for my behavior...

But still, damage was taken. From this moment I'll think twice before buying anything from BioWare or EA.

Refund for BW points is one thing, but for the games and dlc... Pathetic, you are just as bad as a person that orders steak at a restaurant and complains after eating the whole thing that is not cooked right. Good luck on getting the money back for ME3, but you do not deserve a refund for 1 and 2.

It's impossible to notice some toxic components in the steak unless you eat it or take it to the lab.

Or they could just complain that it was too rare/overcooked.... Regardless, you don't deserve a refund for 1 and 2. It is like saying you didn't like the new Star Wars trilogy so you want a refund for buying the old trilogy and any books/figures you bought with it.

I was too addicted to the trilogy. I consider ME1, ME2 in ME3 as one game.

Yeah, but they are not. You have no grounds for a refund for 1 and 2.

I was extremely disappointed with the ending and the way bioware are handling it, but this is ridiculous.

You can suggest any other options?

I can't play even ME3 multiplayer, because the story was always the only motivating force in the Trilogy for me...

How about dealing with it? I've bought plenty of games I didn't like in my time but I've never contacted a dev for my money back.

Out of curiosity, why do you have 4000 Bioware points? What on Earth made you decide to spend that much?

Also, this area is more for tech support. You know, bugs and glitches rather than wanting a refund for something that you legally bought, knowing full well that the product might not live up to your expectations. a "Buyer Beware" kinda thing.

If you purchased from Origin, you'll have to contact EA customer service for a possible refund.

If you purchased from a third party, you'll need to contact that retailer.

I can understand dissapointment in a game, but all for an ending?
Doesn't the gameplay before the ending mean anything?

Er, you won't get anywhere asking on the PC Technical Support forum. Use the "Bioware Game Support" or "Email Us" links at the bottom, under "Help".

Lol, you'll never get this, epic fail.

"Oh I spend 3200 BW points on buying spectre packs but I still don't have my black widow, I want my money back" oh man, I seriously hope you're trolling.

Why don't you just pretend the ending was what you wanted it to be?

You can walk out of a movie and ask for a refund of your 40$ that night and you'll often get your refund with coupons for free movies. Complain to the manager that it was (gross, wrong, rude, religious reasons, to extreme) and you're going to get a coupon for a movie and your money back on top of it if you leave it early enough or complain enough.

You can walk out of a restraunt with a free dessert and a comp'd meal if someone ****s up, leaves you there for an hour unattended, burned or raw food.

You can take a book back to the store within a certain timeframe even if you can speed read.

You can't be an unsatisfied customer in these circumstances because its "Art that they're proud of and aren't going to change but we're making some movies that will clarify the ending". Because its digital media?  Because we paid for it instead of pirating it we have less say in what our satisfation means financially?

They should give everyone their money back because of origin alone...
