Can't redeem my Gamestop preorder bonuses, but even worse, I CAN redeem Stone prisoner, but the blasted thing only downloaded, and will not install.
Can't register anything on the site either.

I have the collector's edition and both my registration nd downloadable items are not working. I called tecnical support. They confirmed that the codes were both valid. They then gave me a new registration code that also does not work. So, they escalted this to the next level. Hoepfully the can get back to me sooner than later.

I bought my digital copy off GamersGate and I too have a problem with the registration code for the game itself.

hmmm, same problem here, i have retail version, cant register dlcs blood armor and shale + cant register my game ("Code is not valid for game") .... WTF?

Shame too, since I was going to buy the Wardens Quest first for the in-game storage...

I have the DA Collector's edition and my neither my registration code or my downloadable items code are working. I contact ea support and they gave me a new registration code. This did not work either. The support guy could also not get the registration to work, but did confirm that both codes were valid. So, he escalated it to tier 3 support. I should hear back in a couple of days at the latest.



Since this seems to be an issue for other players in different game formats, I think it's probably a glitch somewhere in the registration software ea is running. Don't worry guys & gals. They'll get this fixed!

I'm having proublems with all my codes also. The error I get is kinda strange. It says: "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. " and "Code successfully redeemed. " so I have no idea if the code was actually accepted or not.

I'm having all sorts of problems registering. I typed in the code from the back of the manual, and it said it didn't work. Then I tried it three more times, with caps and without, with dashes and without.



Also, I was using my item codes, and did the first one, it came up with a message saying that it didn't work, and directly below it on the 'very same page' it said that it 'did' work. So I'm getting completely mixed messages.

My wouldnt register but when I started my game I all the DLC was there even if this site told me the code didnt work. They appeared in my downloaded content list, so I moved to each one and pressed the button to download and they all work here is how my list looks



Blood Dragon Armor - Downloaded

Collectors Edition - Downloaded

The Stone Prisoner - Downloaded

Memory Band - Downloaded

Feral Wolf Charm - Downloaded

Amulet of the Wolf Mage - Downloaded

Before they said downloaded they said something like unlocked or purchased I believe until I downloaded them.



Since this is the 360 version I had to buy the Warden's Keep it didn't appear in my list as already bought.

I've tried to register. I entered the code from the back of my manual, in the same format as indicated on the registration page (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).



But it keeps telling me that the code is not valid.

I ended up being able to register everything. Even if the website does not look like it took the code check the DLC tab in game to see if it actually went through and started downloading.

I cant Register either, my Impulse code isnt working. Come on EA, you know as well as I do that because of how the DRM for DA works you CANNOT play the game if you dont register your code.

My DLC codes work, but my CD key from impulse does not work. Impulse says this is a problem with your site (this one). I'm inclined to agree.

I am also not able to register my game on this website, or redeem my Ebgames pre-order items, shale, or the blood dragon armor. It did let me log in on the game and get the flash game items but that is about it.

I also have received the wrong code error. Most likely, the registration server is overloaded. It's even more apparent that the entire social site is sometimes down with this exact message.
