yup...same problem here. Many people have this problem....EA\\Bioware should have a look at their database. Also, i tried going on eaonline to register and dragon age is not in the list yet. This is all very inconvenient

I can't register with the social or with the normal Dragon Age Launcher activation thing either. I can't even play at all! This is with the DA:O DE for PC from D2D.

This doesn't bode well.. Although, it could be a simple database hiccup at EA. I'm sure they'll get the servers fixed soon, I just hope they planned to have enough capacity for everyone to get in and get it done.

I also have received the wrong code error. Most likely, the registration server is overloaded. It's even more apparent that the entire social site is sometimes down with this exact message.

not working, but can play without the addon stuff at least

I assume this is due to the tech problems the beta site has been having since its inception (/growing work load). But I think it's still good to post the problem so each individual has a higher chance of getting the issue rectified.

only way I can get refresh is to try and post (and fail, usually) so pardon the post.

I guess it goes without saying that I'm also unable to register any DLC keys or my main game key. I'm assuming this problem is system wide.

I have the Collector's Edition for PC:
- cannot register game (invalid code error)
- cannot see Warden's Keep for purchase/download
- cannot download Stone Prisoner, though it is trying to
Yes, I am logged in.
I do have access to my pre-order bonuses and my Dragon Age Journeys bonuses.

I have 3/4 DLC downloads for the Xbox 360. I am only missing the ring because there is no UPC code (unless they mean game access code on the back of the booklet) to register and no place to sign in with your EA account in the game like the addon description says.

Same issues with digital CE from D2D... can't register on site, got some error when redeeming my DLC codes. No DLC in my game, despite having paid for it. Unacceptable.

Are you trying to go through the menus on the left or are you going here....
www.dragonage.bioware.com/redeem
Codes wouldn't do anything on the menus to the left, but I got sent here from an employee at Steam and it tells me that it has been activated. Hope this helps.

mine to what wrong?
Can't register the game. When I enter the promo codes, it says successful and some kind of error at the same time. In the game, it shows that they are downloaded, but they aren't in my inventory anywhere. Where are the free things supposd to appear?

I have been unable to register my Dragon Age PC collector's edition. I have not bothered to try registering the "normal" DA:O PC version or the DA:O 360 edition yet.
Given the large number of reported problems, this is not something to be overly troubled about, but is simply an authentication/server issue on BioWare/EA's side. Doubtless this will be fixed sooner rather than later.
There is no amount of QA and system testing that a multi-billion dollar game company can performa do that remotely equates to the real-world problems encountered in the first 8 hours of a general retail release!
It will get sorted out people. If this is the worst issue we have with Dragon Age PC version, we'll all be extremely happy campers.

I am guessing their servers are getting hammered. I was fortunate enough during my lunch hour to get all my DLC downloaded, including all the CE stuff, the stuff from the flash game, and all the pack in stuff. I have the PS3 version btw, if that matters. Give it time, i am sure everything will work fine. I am probalby just one of the lucky few who got the DLC before the servers started to get a little fubared.

My issue is a web error saying s_ea not defined. This occurs about 3 minutes after I hit the Register button.

I am also unable to register my DA:O PC Collector's Edition. I have not bothered to try registering the normal PC version of the 360 version, given the numerous reports of difficulties.
It is clearly an authentication server issue folks. It will get resolved and sorted out in short order.
Remember: no amount of QA and preparation for a game's release by any game publisher can possibly anticipate replicate the real world problems encountered in the first 8 hours of a game's general retail release. That's just the way it is. There is no such thing as a trouble free PC release, it's just degrees of difficulty encountered.
If this is the only significant issue with the PC version of DA:O, we will all count ourselves blessed.
Now - let's see if the forum monster eats this post, too!
