For people having an issue with the bonus codes registering:

I had the same problem but managed to get around it by typing all the letters in CAPS and making sure to include the - between the code sequences (i.e X12X-XXX3-XXXX- etc...)

After that it accepted it readily and downloaded them without problems.

I'm having the same problem. Got the preorder deluxe from d2d, can't register my game. Why the hell did I preorder if I can't access my bonus items?

same problem here DDE from steam. looks like my steam cd keys are 4 sets of numbers and not 5 sets of numbers?

Same thing here. I bought the game from Impulse, still waiting for it to finish downloading. Hopefully by the time I get home it will be done! Game key doesn't work but one of the DLC codes gave the failed and succeeded message. LOL. My worry is that without the game being registered that when I do register the game there will be a disconnect with the DLC!

My key of the Digital Deluxe Edition (from Impulse) does not register successfully either.

So I used D2D and it downloaded the game and has now been unlocked. The download utility is comrade by gamespy. There is a button that has the codes. I entered the product code when the game installed and all of the codes including the product code and the bonus codes after pushing the redeem code button off the main menu in a menu where you can browse through stuff you have downloaded and stuff you can buy. You have to redeem the original product code here as well as the bonus stuff to get everything. Hope this helps.

I got a invalid code also. I waited 5 minutes and went to try it again and loaded the PC showing that it had accepted my CD Key. Might be what is happening to you guys also.

Same here. CE items, blood armor, stone prisoner, wardens keep, won't register. etc.

same here. PC version - DLC worked, registration here says code invalid. Also doesn't help that the game can't be registered at my ea master account because it's not in the list of possible choices.



On the plus side, the game is stellar!

Just arrived from GameStop and my copy does not register, neither the items, GS is giving 2 DLC items (another ring and a charm) and neither registers. but i did get the Lucky Ring

Regular PC version here and I'm having the same issue. It accepted the CD key for installation so I know I'm not just typing it wrong...

After trying repeatedly to enter the keys with no success, I closed the game down and opened it back up. Steam automatically started updating for me and started downloading everything I needed. Good luck all!

Well the problem with that would be that it was not released on D2D at midnight. As it said on THE PAGE FOR DRAGON AGE and the ticker on the side made it clear that you wouldnt be unlocking it untill november 3rd 10 am pdt. 

For those that got it thru Direct 2 Drive the code you need for the installer and to register is the one that you get from there. You go to your account page, (even if you have preloaded it) click download for Dragon age and you will be taken to a page with the registration code and the codes for any items and  such.
