Also having this problem with the Digital Deluxe version off Steam. Can't register the game at all and redeeming the promo codes resulted in two messages. One telling me it couldn't be recognized and the other saying it was successful.

So what exactly was the point of this Social Network? To frustrate users who register/buy their game? None of the codes work, not even game registration/preorder codes.

My problem isn't registration but the the in-game codes for the goodies given for ordering early..it accepted the code for the Memory band but not the code for the Feral Wolf charm. Tried various ways to enter but just keeps telling me the code is wromg..

I just bought a hard copy(standard copy) from Best Buy. My game won't register on the website, but it installed just fine. And my promo codes are unrecognized as well. But they did recognize that I earned that one belt from Dragon Age: Journeys.
Oh wait, there, Shale just got successfully redeemed. Although, it also gave me an error message simultaneously. I took a screenshot in case something went horribly wrong. The game isn't recognizing that I redeemed.

We have found what the problem is with code redemption. Working on a fix right now. Your codes should still be ok. You should be able to redeem away shortly.

I take back my problems.
After getting the error code several times. (CE Digital Deluxe Edition, D2D)
The items began downloading by themselves.
No idea.

Is it me or does this site not even render correctly on most browsers?

I have patiently waited until launch date. I picked up the game at GameStop and installed it. The primary reason I wanted the game is the toolset, but since I cannot register the game I cannot download the toolset. I AM ANGRY!!!! You can't tell me neither EA nor Bioware had no clue how many people were going to be trying to register the game, since they surely had an inkling of the number of pre-ordered copies, so there is absolutely no excuse not to have the website ready for the load. The absolute least they could do is provide some feedback as to the availability of the site and what is being done to resolve issues. I enter the cdkey and hit Register and .... nothing. Nothing for 10 minutes. Nothing for 20 minutes. Retry. Rinse and repeat. Ongoing now for 2 hours.

Can't register my Digital Deluxe Edition.. So what was the point of preordering?

I haven't gotten the game key working but I did get all of my dlc, collector's edition PC, physical box.
For the DLC codes, don't use dashes and it will work fine. There's a section in the "downloadable content" tab in the game menu to manage that stuff but you have to input the code on this site first, for whatever retarded reason.

I have a Digital Deluxe version from Steam... ...and the same problems. No registering, no promo codes, no toolset...
Sigh. This is annoying. I wish I was playing right now!

How do you even get the DLC to work? I bought the deluxe edition and cannot seem to find a way to get my "gifts" into the game. Also, as many others are saying, cannot manage to get the site to allow me to register the game, no matter what of the three codes I received I enter (purchased the Digital Copy off of Steam)

i guess you have to login in the game to get your downloads...i have redeemed my codes then just for kicks i clicked on login at bottom left, i logged in after putting in my info and then "pouf" my collector's edition stuff started to dowload and install by itself.,..

If you are having issues with getting your DLC try re-logging into your EA account in game

I have the same issue and tried posting a thread in the spoiler forum (not sure if that was the right spot). When I tried to register my game it asked me for CD key to be entered. Australian box doesn't have any other proof of purchase stickers.
For those people that had no problems with registration did you use your cd key or some other code on the box? Also if you are having a problem I wonder if it is geographically linked? Mine is Australian copy since EB broke street date I wonder if it has something to do with that (the game suppose to be out tomorrow in OZ).

Try using the Digital Key without the dashes (-). It worked for me that way, don't ask why!

Same issue here. Got the Deluxe Edition via Impulse and this crappy Registration system (thanks Bioware/EA) refuses to acknowledge my valid CD-KEY. Nothing like being treated as a Pirate for actually, you know, paying for the game.
Totally lame. And Bioware continues to slide into mediocrity, helped along by good ol' EA. Sigh.

I quit out of DA:O and back in. Logged into my profile from the main menu and checked Downloadable Content. Started to download immediately and install. Steam CE version.

Well I purchased from D2D. Got my two rings but the big DLC part of the pack accepted the code but gave me nothing. Then I entered the redemption code a second time and got an error message.
Sent in contact. Rather frustrating to be encountering this kind of sillyness on launch day. Why couldn't the game just pop up a dialog with the redemption code requests rather than knocking you to a website, having to create an account again and then finding where the redemption code goes and then not knowing if it worked or not.
Just some honest feedback, but the way this was implemented is confusing and clunky. Please don't use this for future software releases it is terrible.

I have Steam, and just added the codes on the site. They said that they were invalid on this website, but when I booted up DA:O all of the DLC started to download.
