Please don't mix bioware into this. The game runs wonderfully. Something tells me that this social site is a EA brainchild otherwise why would bioware ditch perfectly good forums and game registration that they had for this.
Back to the topic. I have a feel that this is a CD key registration issue... and there is another way to register game in US ( I could be wrong).

Well got my two rings and entered code for the big DLC content and it took but I got nothing. Now I enter it again and it gives me invalid message.
Just some feedback, but why couldn't the redemption codes just be entered in the game rather than jumping you to a website, creating an account, finding where the redemption codes go, and not knowing if it worked or not. Quite frankly, the system used here is clunky and confusing.
Please don't use this on future releases... it's frustrating and not a good thing to encounter on luanch day.

I just registered no problem. For those who don't know, the CODE they are seeking is located on the back of the users guide. It is on the very top of the back cover and has a white background.

The code they are seeking is located on the BACK cover, at the very top, of the USER's Guide. I used it and registered with out a hitch. However, three hours ago it didn't work. So I'm kinda a leaning on the fact that their servers are getting overwhelmed, but to be expected.
Everyone just needs to breath a little and give the day time to progress.

I can't register on the site either. I typed in the CD key I received from GameStop (in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) just this minute and got the message "Code is not valid for game." It's a Digital Deluxe Edition. But it's still Dragon Age: Origins. I'm still downloading, 1hr 45 min left at 1 Mbyte/s. Hopefully I can still play the game... and use all the content I payed for. At least the DA:O Journey items...

Got mine from D2D. The game installed fine, the code activated the game fine. No idea about the promo stuff, though -- Wardens Keep and the Stone Prisoner are listed as Available Content, but there doesn't seem to be any way to install or activate them.
In a similar vein, the newest PC Gamer has an "exclusive" adventure, which is in a different format than the instructions to install it say it is. No idea how that's gonna work.

The Site tells me my code from Impulse is invalid, and the game tells me the code is already used. Really hope my key isn't lost or something now.

You know its ironic, did the prelock thing, have the deluxe edition, and everything downloaded to my harddrive (after about 2 hours after the keycode unlock) and then I get bottlenecked at the EAACCESS.) I know better than to contact their customer support, have done that in the past and it seems asking them simple straightforward answers, confuses them for a period of about two or three weeks. Not going to go that route again and end up tearing my hair out.
I discontinued the installation, because it was frozen on my desktop..I put this down to massive hits on their registration server or the "EAACESS" thingy. I have a master account with them, why all the danged checks and balances for an rpg, for cripes sake. *shakes her head*

Having the same problem here, Jesse van Herk requested the following in another thread:
"If you are experiencing issues registering your game or redeeming codes, please use the "contact us" link at the bottom of any page with details. If using that form, you can include your CDKEY and we can investigate why it's not working."

I entered the codes I got in my email from Impulse and it showed both the "Unable to redeem code" and the "code successfully redeemed" messages at the same time. After launching the game I tried to do the whole registering to be able to run it at all process, but it says the code is already used and doesn't link it to my account (which I was definitely logged in to when I tried to redeem the codes as mentioned above). Here's hoping it's just some freaky lag with the registration servers and I'll be able to log in after an hour or two...
