I received my CE from Amazon and installed with the key code fine. I then redeemed my Dragon Blood Armor code just fine, then my Shale code is invalid (?), and then my exclusive downloadable items was fine. So, 2 out of 3 codes worked but one didn't.
EDIT: My problem with redeeming the Shale code was my own fault. The code contained a "3" and I was inputting it as an "E".

I'm assuming you need to put in that code to get the map editor? I got it off steam, pre-order content and bonus content for collectors edition is fine, however registering the game is not working
I want zee map editor.

I registered both of my DLC items on the site. It said success. I ran the game, logged in with the same account, none of my DLC shows up. I checked all 3 DLC tabs, waited, nothing happens. I can't see anyplace on this site that shows what DLC I have activated either. Help...

Perhaps we're not entering dashes correctly? I can't seem to get mine working at all and I know I'm looking at the right thing.

I have the same problem as many of you. I try to register the game on this site and it tells me my code is invalid. Now im worried about starting a game and then all the preorder and deluxe stuff only working if you start a a new game.

While running the Steam version lucky stone downloaded immediately when I logged in, but No promo codes for Stone Prisoner or Steam DLC wither through the overlay or through E-Mail. My CD Keys from steam won't register on the site either.

I got the same error as everyone else entering the code in "XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX" format. Try it without the "-" and it should work right away. By that I mean enter your codes in "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" and give it a shot.
Everything is downloading and installing right now as I type this. I have the Collectors Edition off of Steam BTW.
Once you enter the codes and it accepts them online you have to click the little refresh arrow by the "points balance" on the downloadable content page. Hope that helps!

Use the Profile->Redeem code option.
I posted this in its own thread, but they deleted it because I called them retarded monkeys on crack and their pride is bigger than the importance customers get what they paid for.

Not many people are having trouble with the promos. We're just trying to register the game itself.

I just registered my game and redeemed all the codes included. Already downloading the Stone Prisoner add-on.
I had no luck with the registration and redeem codes about 12 hours ago but I just tried them again and they finally work. I entered the codes using the format with dashes "-".

Ok I finally got the game to register. This is how I did it: Scroll up and put your cursor over Profile button, just under what's new, on the menu select Register Games, it may take a few tries for this gimp site to get you to the correct place but try and be patient, then enter your product key with caps lock on and no dashes or spaces...it worked for me hope it helps everyone else

Pre-ordered Collector's edition from Amazon, instaleld fine, (though never got any mail about pre order bonus items)
DLC for COllector's edition, DA:J, Blood Dragon, Shale, And Tower had codes redeeem, downloaded, adn installed without issue.
Registering the game itself on thsi website brings up an error stating taht the code is invalid, the code is typed the same as the one used to install the game verbatim. Are the servers having a hiccup somewhere?
( that and trying to associate my Bioware standard account wtih ea master account is being clunky too, though I can't remember fi Id di that already. >.>)

360 collector's edition here. Tried what he said above, adding dashes and the two end numbers in the logical ways and no luck here.

I'm almost ashamed to admit that my 360 CE version lit up perfectly. All content was there, including the Journeys items I've unlocked. The codes for Shale and the rest of the CE DLC went smooth and I bought the Warden's Keep instantly.
Maybe some trouble shooting steps for the 360...
- Enter all DLC codes into the in-game menu, complete with the dashes
- After you enter the codes, you must then do a further 'download'
- Registration onto the Bioware community site does not happen immediately. Putting in my UPC said 'Not valid' repeatedly, then with no warning my character showed up here. Very random behavior at first with his stats appearing/disappearing but it has now stabilized. This is almost certainly due to server load, as the forums are becoming shaky and overloaded as well.
As frustrating as it is I guess I can only suggest patience as the servers kick in under all the demand. Chances are the hiccups will resolve themselves if you're already doing the right things.
p.s. It's not all rosy -- my EB games didn't get their 360 pre-order DLC codes yet, just PC. They claimed that the warehouse guys don't know what they're doing. Brutal.

Mine finally registered. Made no changes to the key itself, they must have updated the system.

I can submit my registration code and the site appears to accept it, but when I try to view my profile, I get the following:
"The requested player is not a member of the BioWare community or does not have any Dragon Age data. "

Finished my Impulse Digital Deluxe download...can't play at all. Activation says my key has already been used. I tried to register through the social site earlier, got various combinations of "success!" and "invalid code" or other similar-sounding issues.
So yeah, can't play the game at all, much less use any of my DLC.
