So I've been having trouble connecting to multiplayer (as in the game sticks at the loading screen going in) but I believe that is an issue on my end with my network. The thing is, I can connect if I join through a friend, but I am immediately dropped from the game into the menu. This is where it gets strange.
I have some level 60 multiplayer characters now. That shouldn't be possible, and it was a sudden occurence. One moment I was playing, the game froze, I force closed it, and the next this issue is occuring. On top of that, I have several new guns which I shouldn't have and a multitude of equipment I should have. Many of the guns I did already have were upgrade to X (which they shouldn't be) and one of my character has 119 talent points to spend on top of the ones already spent (at level 19). Something fishy is going on with my account, and Origin Live Support sent me here to get it resolved.
So lets hear some tips and solutions.

Bumping. I managed to get into a game by joining through a friend, getting kicked to menu due to their game being full, and then finding a quick match, but the connection dropped at the end of wave 1. I also found some more new weapons in my inventory which shouldn't exist. I took a wild stab at the dark and threw 20,000 credits on a veteran pack, and in return got a spectre pack with a lot of stuff in it. Something very odd is going on in multiplayer.
