I just started up my DAO and a terms of agreement came up. I'm just wondering what it was for, this isn't the first time I ran my game btw.

- Get a message saying something about not being able to connect to the server
- Couple of times when I tried to load a saved game got a message saying only the owner of an account with certain DLC can load the game - I'm the ONLY one on the computer!
Been meaning to bring it up in the tech forums.

The Privacy Policy changed, so everyone was prompted to accept the new policy. It's a pretty horrible system since it doesn't show you what actually changed and you can't decline to accept the new terms and continue using the software under the terms that you agreed to upon purchase and installation. Anyway, nothing's wrong with your game.
I, too, have had problems accessing my account's online storage. I've had that error every time I played over the last few days. I assume that it's just a temporary problem with the social site, and it should be fixed soon. It's not the first time this has happened.
No idea about the DLC thing. Tech support might know.

I accepted them. I bought the game and will play by the rules as long as the creators see their customers served properly.
In the long run, I will follow justice rather than the law if a choice has to be made.

I wonder how many players would decline to accept the new licensing terms? Anybody? I doubt it and for that matter I doubt there are one in a thousand that even read the terms in the first place.
