He be trollin' y'all. BW is good. If you can't do well with it...either you can't aim or you just aren't used to sniper rifles at all. The only sniper rifle that I would consider BAD would be the Incisor, that thing is just hard to use and get headshots.

Because I play silver when my friends aren't online to do gold?  I also play silver/bronze to level up my toons from 1~10 and I use the weapons that I feel like using.

There's so much conjecture and misinformation in this thread that it hurts.

The carnifex is not nearly as powerful as the black widow at any rank and the black widow does one shot husks (among other things).

I know it isn't but it sure as hell is better for me to use at level 1~10 infiltrator then a black widow.  For me.

Apparently for most but not for me. Just got fraps downloaded but just at the start it says it's limited to 30sec per recording. Does anyone know if this applys to screen capping gameplay?  If so it won't be too effective.

Anybody have any experience with any free capture software that they know for sure will work? Or any knowledge on how to get encoder 4 to work? The latter would be preferable.

Just use cloak with it, man. Also, it is the best sniper when playing gold as you can take away sheilds and head shot most enemies while still getting a cloak bonus. Mine is meanly rank II and slaying for the team is not an issue at all. I know infis typically get a lot of point per game but I've managed to score 199k in a 4player game of gold. Shameless boasting aside, it is the best sniper along with the Valiant, which I don't care for.

Any help with screen capping ME3 mp on PC Origin would be much appreciated. Again I have encoder 4 but can't seem to get it to work.

The difference in power between the BW and the Widow is purely for gameplay balance. Sure, it contradicts the lore in the description, but look at thermal clips and Tali having a picture out in an open environment. Gameplay trumps lore every time.

As for the issue with recording gameplay, I wish I could help. I'd like to know how to do that for the future, but I don't really have a clue about it. Hope you can pull it off.

Many did, and who you to say who insulted me. I couldn't say if someone insulted you and only I can say if someone insulted me. I'll leave it at that.

Not insulting you...too much, I would have to say you are about the only person I seen that says the BW is garbage so I automatically assume you are NOT being serious.Try aiming with it occasionally, you'd be suprised at the results.
