So I pre-ordered the 2x ME3 N7 CE from Play.com after Game died. I have still not received my pre-order codes from them. I have received lots of e-mails apologizing and pre-order codes for the 360 version (Which I don't have) and codes for Test Drive Unlimited 2 (A game I've never bought nor played)...
Anyone else experience this problem with Play.com and ME3? Any tips on what to do?

I still feel that a lot of the problems with anything Bioware related in the last few years or so is because of EA. Ever since the EA take over, Bioware as a company and its support to the customer has declined in such a bad way. You know who id love to see become a kick ass game company? A merger between Bioware and Bethesda!
