Ilos, this song is pure sci fi awesomeness.
 
Seeing the kid die while this was playing. One of the most depressing, but memorable moments of ME3. Set the tone for the rest of the game.

The music in ME is so good, it has memorable music and moments. Which makes for a lot of perfect sequences throughout the ME series.
