Hey guys.

I haven't played DA:O in a while, so I figured that today I'd play some. There's only one problem...

My Warden Commander Armor is bugged. It's *only* that armor, no other armors. I've tried re-equipping it, equipping it on another character etc, but nothing helps.

I've installed the newest patch (1.01b) but it didn't help.

Any suggestions? It's insanely annoying!!

Funky. Looks corrupted or something. Reinstall WK?

What does WK mean? Do you mean trying to re-install the game? Cause that's going to be the next step, I just wanted to see if anyone knew an easy fix for it.

Try Matt's suggestion and reinstall the DLC. If that doesn't do anything, let us know and I will escalate it.



Are you running the vanilla game, or have you modified it in any way?

How do I un-install WK? Do I have to delete some files in the DAO folder?

Alright, so I followed the guide you gave me and unistalled it. Now when I go into "Downloadable Content" from the main menu, it appears under "Available Content". The problem is, that I can't seem to find out how to download it again. I tried to click "Buy" just to see what happened, and it said "You already own this content. Please go to the Downloadable Content of the main menu or Journal to start the download or view download progress."



So my question now is - how do I download it again?

Hm it should start automatically. Try clear the download cache (configure on the launcher thingy). Or just download it manually and install.

I tried clearing the cache, but no dice.

This might sound like a stupid question, but where can I find the manual download? There isn't a link under my profile on this site.

EDIT: For some reason I can now download it from the Downloadable Content section! Woop! Will try to install it and see if it fixed my problem and then report back here.

EDIT 2: Yaaaaaaaaay, it works now! Thank you so much, guys, couldn't have done it without you!!

I know this is off the subject, but has anyone got the set bonus from waring Warden Commander Armor set? I haven't yet (playing on the Xbox 360)

Figured while we have a thread about bugs with the WC Armor, I'd point out an odd observation of my own.  Shield Wall gets cut to an absurd 5 stamina upkeep with the set on.  Okay, I can maybe understand that they just wanted something special about it, but it seems more likely it's a typo somewhere.  Reinforced for me by Shield Cover or another of the shield abilities I don't often use actually having its upkeep cost increase when wearing the set.  What? 

I've had it stashed on Alistair who's never in my party for a long time now, but I can't imagine it's changed.  Can anyone else confirm?

I too do not get the Warden Commander set bonus all the time. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It's really strange.

PC, by the way.
