Hmm...they won't be discussing the endings at PAX? I propose the following reaction: everyone who's attending the panel stays silent.

That would actually be funny if it happened.  Actually, it should be expected when they won't talk about the #1 thing people wanted to talk about.  I'm very disappointed that the policy so far seems to be just talking at us with press releases.

I wouldn't, but for some reason I can see this.

This is seriously pathetic. What does Bioware expect people to talk about?

It's literally one of the ONLY reasons people are going to show up. I hope people keep asking about it until they say something...or everyone just sits in silence.

what are you talking about? i wanna see a large 350lb fan charge the stage yelling "for my waifu you son of a b****! AAAAAAHHH!!!!!" and then watch 3 or 4 riot police try to take him down.

I don't understand why they won't talk about it. Trying to clear up this mess is all they should be talking about.

i told you Extended Cut was a trojan horse for Retake movement, so many people believed this thing, and in the end we heard there will be no discussion for it in PAX.

BW/EA will hold people with this non-real Extended piece of crap until very end of summer or even autumn, until they'll be sure about movement is over, then they'll release extra content with deleted squad-mates' dead scenes during beam run or even more flashbacks about star-child, that's all.

No more new stuff, nor something else.

Movement is dead with one trojan horse called 'Extended Cut', congratz to people who believed and said 'wooooowwwww thanks Biowareeeeeeeeeeeeeeee'

Well, since Weekes is on the panel, they would probably want to speak about upcoming comics. I guess there'll be a couple of plants in the audience with questions regarding them.

At any rate, Weekes does not deserve the flak he will be getting, since he was not the one writing the ending. Putting him up there is just stonewalling us. Too bad honest and sincere discussion is not on the table.

Pft...I guess they will just officially announce Dragon Age 3 as the new big thing andshow some first material of it...and hope this reveal will be enough to distract everybody from the current controversy...

Or something like that...

Though it is funny to imagine all those Bioware-people with a happy smile running around and presenting non-interested fans the new Omega and Weapon-Pack-DLC and inviting them to test the new Multiplayer-Content...Not a job I'd like to have at the moment...

I guess that panel discussion will be a short one. What else is there to ask about? Multiplayer?

Would not surprise me if they have their people own placed in the audience and ask questions that makes Bioware look like the victim.

The fact that they are blindly letting EA run them into the ground is probably one of the more depressing things of this whole ordeal. Look out Valve and Bethesda. EA has a habit of destroying good RPGs

Is anyone else thinking that Bioware either gets boo'ed off stage for this, or that people will ask them endless questions about the ending anyway?

there will definatly be bioware placements in the crowd to keep the conversation flowing; otherwise no-one's going to be asking questions if they can't bring up the ending.

Oh... dang.

I was hoping for some more information, maybe something to make me think things will be okay after all, somehow. Grasping at straws and all that.

So the announcement just before PAX was, essentially, a way to avoid talking about it at PAX? So instead of answering awkward questions in person, they can just say, 'we have already addressed that in the announcement' when the announcement isn't really giving us much at all?

Yeah... wow.

well they want to present themselves in a positive light and if they start speaking about me3 that will kill the whole purpose of why they are there. they are there for good PR, nothing else and no matter what they say the only reason is because they want our money

I'm sure Bioware will be cool and professional, and the raging whiners will finally reveal their true colors in front of everyone.

Shifting BW position to "victims of the fanbase rage". Clever, if true. Evil, but clever.
