I have been reading issues and problems with others not receiving their Commendation Packs and I have not received my pack yesterday. It claimed on the forums and newsline that the packs would be received no later than the 4th and I have yet to still receive a Commendation Pack even after promoting my Soldier and Sentinel classes on the day the challenge was released. Any advice to the matter? If so, thank you very much for any kind of help!

i have the same problem i waited till saterday before premoting 2 characters and i check thrusday 2:30pm PST and still no commendation pack,

and im not very happy already because i only got the hurricane from the one 2 weeks ago

That sucks on ice mate, but hopefully the packs come soon, if not, oh man, is EA gonna get quite the phone call there, thats for sure!

Same here I promoted five times during the weekend, a buddy of mine got his already on yesterday but I have not received mine. I better get it especially since the next operation is already coming up, plus it shows up on this site under the content available that I got a commendation pack but it never showed up in my store ugh. Bioware come on.

Same deal over here. No commendation pack for me D:  I promoted my Sentinel Friday night and an Engineer sometime Saturday... I wantz teh N7 weaponz0rz

I am also having this problem. I promoted two n7 squads and still haven't received either pack.

yes im having this problem to i promoted two of my characters still aint received my commendation pack ive had the victory pack so i dont under stand why i haven't had the commendation yet

Nope, have not received the commendation or victory pack and I uploaded 6 characters.

 I, as well, did not receive a commendation pack for Operation Raptor.

 Same here... leveled 2 chars. Engineer and Sentinel at saturday of event and never got any pack at all.

Also having the same problem; neither one (The Commendation pack and the Victory Pack) show up in the store for me though my registered game content tab says I have it...
