At the end of the game, when the Normandy crash landed into the jungle planet, I never saw anyone getting out.

The airlock was opening but cut to a black screen (curiously well-timed) so I could not see anyone getting out.  I never saw Joker or any of my squadmates exiting the Normandy.

My EMS was around 3000. I chose the 'Control' ending

Has anyone ever had this problem before?  It is my understanding that you're supposed to see Joker get out of the Normandy regardless of your EMS?

Any idea what my problem is?

That Wrong. Not sure of the Breakdown by EMS.

Their are three outcomes from Best to Worse.

Outcome1: Joker + Two Squad
Outcome2: Only Joker
Outcome3: Only the door Opens

Hi, thanks for your reply. I guess this is not a glitch then, and this probably belongs in another forum

I've done a bit of searching but I can't find the EMS breakdowns for those 3 possibilities that you listed. Could anyone help me out?

I had this happen on my "plot only" playthrough where I had just over the minimum amount of war assets and got locked into the destroy ending.
