I entered the code exactly how it appears, and when I redeemed, I got both an INVALID CODE and CODE SUCCESSFULLY REDEEMED message. This is starting to get on my nerves.

u have to put in hyphens and no quotations marks, also gotta be capitalized. at least thats what i did for my promo codes

and yea, the message is messed up, but if u get anything that says REDEEMED then u can log in in game and dl the content

I entered in my codes (Shale,Dragon Armour,Feral Wolf Charm, Memory Band) Got a couple other DLC from Journey. Anyhow, all of them downloaded fine. However, Only the Feral Wolf Charm and Memory Band say they are installed. The single piece of Dragon Blood Armour is not in my inventory. So yeah....I am past the Origin story as well if that makes any difference.

okay it shows in my DLC, that my items are downloaded.. so how do I use them now? I didn't see it in my backpack or anything.

yea got the codes activated/invalid thing at the site also, restarted the game, they downloaded, but never show up in the dlc tab of the download section, nor do you recieve any of the times "immediately" so they seem to download install but not actually activate all the quest journal shows it downloaded, and can press the add points supposedly i assume to unlock the things that should already be unlocked.

I got my codes redeemed and all the items & DLC (including warden's keep) installed and in the game...but only on my computer. When I tried to do it on my girlfriend's computer, I was able to redeem the codes but having real trouble downloading and installing all the items & DLC from within the game.

Yep! Entered my Blood Dragon Armor code and the Shale party companion code, logged out of my account in the game, then logged back in from within the game, and wallah! Clicked on the Download Progress and both of them started up right away! Kinda disappointed that the people who bought the physical copy of the collector's edition in the store didn't get Warden's Keep, or any of the exclusive pre-order items from the different vendors. But oh well, we get the piece of mind of having the game on hand (and imo, the stuff that comes with it is pretty nifty compared to an item you quickly replace in game((metal case, game guide, col. ed. in-game items, soundtrack disc, and the cloth map is actually pretty nice)), without having to go through any nonsense with downloading it, or going through programs like steam to run it. Good luck to anyone still having problems with their codes, hope that gets figured out for ya! Happy Questing.

I just tried my codes for the first time, worked, and downloaded in game fine.

I register using same email on website and in-game.  Added all my codes and NONE Of the contents are showing up in the game.  Very pissed off. Someone help please

My redeem codes worked fine according to the site on the first submission, but did not appear to actually redeem anything on my account.



No idea where the problem might be though. Every part of this social network I've tried to access has exploded on me at least once (including account creation).

Yeah I'm perplexed bc it said I successfully input codes for the Wolf Charm and Memory Band, but they aren't showing up on my DLC list at all, and definitely don't have them in-game... so I's perplexed. Dang you EA/Bio and your crazy code redemption schemes! ::crotchety old man fist::

I just got my reedem.. God i had this codes it was 6 the whole time!!!! Guys if you see a lower case B its really a 6.. Lol..

I too was able to get the collector's edition content into the game using someone's method of closing and restarting the game after I successfully logged in the first time I ran the game. I am now waiting for the stone prisoner to download.....it's not even moving.

First I'd say be very careful when copy/pasting that no extra spacing is getting included...that could be what causes it to fail at times. That said, I've run into some issues myself:



I don't know for sure, but it might be that you need to log out and back in to the site for this to work. I got home, went to the social networking site (which already had me logged in) and tried entering in my promo codes, which gave me the success message. However, I had not yet registered the game itself. I did this (with success messages) but the game did not show up in my full profile-->games tab. When I logged out and back in the game is now showing up.



However, I still cannot get my DLC to show up. The codes had be entered into my profile PRIOR to registering the game, and I got "succeeded" messages. Now when I try to use those codes I get a simple failure message - I assume because the server believes those codes have now been used.

how big (MB) are the DLC files, for i'm on dial-up purchased the DA:O CE. If to big, then i'll cart my whole system to a co-workers place & use his connection

When I try to enter my cd-key to register the game (That´s the one on the back of the handbook, right?) I only get a "invalid code " message. So I can not register as for the moment.

Besides none of the items (all three DoA-J items., Preorder stuff, Dragon armor, CE stuff) or Shale is appearing under "downloadable content" or in game.


P.S.: Yes my account here and in game is the same, one of my characters was even updated while playing. And yes I put in the code without mistakes. 100%! I put in dashes, capital letters, triple checked every letter etc....

I got all my codes to work. Sometimes it said fail at first but tried until it said success. It took a while until some showed up but not to long. It might be worse now because there are more people trying to get it on a messed up site. I got my copy early on friday because bestbuy broke street date. Even with not many people on this site I still had problems. I got the collectors edition.
