I am having a problem with my Mass Effect 2 game so I decided to write a report in the Mass Effect 2 technical support forum. However when I try to write on the forum it says that It "You do not meet the requirements to post in this forum."
I have had my account for more than 24 hours and I have registered my Mass Effect 2 game. Can anyone provide assistance for me to access to the technical support forum so I can report the technical problems I am having at the moment with game.
any help would be greatly appreciated

You are mistaken about where you go for official support. The Forums are just what they are described as, a social interaction framework for gamers. When it says "Technical Support", it MEANS peer support, gamer to gamer self-help. And those forums can work for some sites.
Eleven months ago, as is typical for game forums in spring, almost everyone stopped visiting. This past fall, they didn't come back, with the sole exception of ME-3. One of the more durable of gamers who could usually be depended on for ME-2 answers has little patience with stupidity, and insulted some moron. He was perma-banned for his trouble.
You want EA's Chatline. Start from the bottom center of every page and click on the link that claims to be "Bioware Support" down there.
