So, I am noticing that I CAN NOT land a Crushing Prison on a Orange+ mob. Is there a stat out there/ trick to get these types of knock out spells to land on Elite's?

To be fair, oranges are supposed to be highly resistant to CC. I mean, aren't mages OP enough that they don't need to go around stunlocking even bosses?

Oh wait, I forgot, they can stunlock bosses. Thanks Cone of Cold!

It is on, it just won't stun a Orange named mob. It still does damage.

Vulnerability Hex? I'm not sure if it reduces resist chance or just increases damage.
