Just so you know games like Overstrike are developed by Insomniac Games. If that's your wish, why don't you just get another hobby and save even more money?
Or maybe EA will lose it's deathgrip on small studios that make the games we love. Cut out the corporate middleman, create a new paradigm. Unintended consequences, all that trash.

I had hopes for SimCity too, but I'm worried they're gonna do with that what they did with the Sims in Sims 3. Apparently, where EA is involved, third time is not necessarily the charm...

Same here, my friend. Same here. I would have liked SSX, but it's got the same premium in game money model (buy game money with real money).
I think what bothers me the most about every new EA game nowadays is that they have this model. It started with The Sims 3. Now apparently they think it's a genius thing to do for every game.

this, if anything its a necessary sacrifice big publishers are doing as much as as they are good. The market will correct and rebuild.

Because everyone who plans to boycott EA and hates how ME3's ending was treated has posted in this thread before you commented and posts on the BSN forums.MintyCool wrote...

BTW, in case you didn't know, THAT was sarcasm.
