It is clear that they do not care about their customers or their business, so I feel it is my obligation as a consumer to boycott them. I will no longer purchase EA games, not even Madden and I'm a big football fan.
All that being said, I will give BioWare a chance at redemption (even though they are owned by EA). If the EC can save Mass Effect or I.T. is shown to be a cliffhanger for Shepard's return in ME4... then OK, I will be willing to give BioWare/EA a chance simply because of BW's prior track record of excellence. Even then I will be very suspicious and I will certainly look closely at launch deadlines and rumors about rushed product.

However, if ME3 was going to be their big blockbuster, wouldn't it have made more sense to release in the summer period? I guess the quaterly pressure of shareholders might have pushed this, but it just goes to show ME3's reaction won't have a big impact until something like DA3 comes out.

It all depends on the EC. They had better not forget about the Harbinger boss battle and conversation or they can forget about my wallet.
I doubt you will get a harbinger battle but a conversation at the very minimum would be nice.

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother with computing gaming in general, almost every title I buy leaves me dissapointed with the end, too bored to continue after mission/level/stage 2 and regretting the fact I can't get a refund on PC games unless the disc is damaged beyond repair. And even then they try to stiff you with store credit or an exchange. **** 'em, **** 'em all.

I don't see how that's too much to ask for in this game, a final boss battle with the leader of the Reapers. How could they be in their right minds if they didn't include this? It would be awesome. Did you see the size of that beast? There is so much potential there! Instead we're forced to fight that damn retarded Kai Leng. Well, ok, he's not retarded, I actually liked Kai Leng. However, this should not be a substitute for a Harbinger boss battle.

If I was in the same situation as you people wanting to boycott EA, I wouldn't really be able to. Simcity & generals 2 would be a hard thing to keep away from.
If people will pay top dollar for mediocre games that rely on microtransactions to get the full experience then EA will continue to publish them. Enjoy where it takes you.

Personally, I won't be spending a dime on anything carrying the EA logo.
Well I will say that due to EA's poor handling of Dead Space 2's MP connection issues and just plain horrible MP setup, DS2's handcannon issue, Crysis 2's massive MP cheating problem and how they just ditched support for their precious BF3 coupled with ME 3's disappointment means that I will be hard pressed to buy Crysis 3 at launch. As it stands i know 100% that i won't be buying Dead Space 3 at launch and will likely wait 3 months until it's 2/3rds off
I think I'll be rounding out the Crysis and Dead Space IPs and then casting off from EA entirely. EA is a leech. They buy up great IP, suck the life out of it through cheap, short-term tactics, throw away said IP and the Dev and then restart the cycle.

WHAT THE F**K!?!
Anyway If a game looks good to me I'll buy it especially based on Developer...
I don't particularly care much about publishers...
Unless you know they influence the Devs Ideas and Writing of the game or something...
But that's just Crazy
Also, Shank 2 came out?
I loved the first one!

I didn't say that Harbinger battle wasn't a good idea because it is but I just don't think there will be one. However a decent Harbinger encounter would be nice.

Wow, with a lineup like that, EA may be filing for bankruptcy soon. They better announce something impressive at E3, or they are doomed.
It would be good for gaming after the initial shock. Their stock keeps diving lower and lower.

Shepard: You've got a lot of explaining to do, Mr. Man.
Harbinger: *Sigh* I know, I know...
As momentous as a Harbinger battle would be, I sort of agree with the devs... that it would come off as contrived and expected. Some sort of conflict, yes. Boss battle a la Zelda? Not so much.

Would kind of suck when they pull the plug on the Origin servers and none of us are able to play any of the games we purchased from them.
