No. In fact looking at my game collection the only EA game I own is Mass Effect series. If this so call extended cut giving us closure as the ending is, then bull@#$%, and if its the whole Indoctrination Theory then still bull@#$%! That means I bought a incomplete game.

Never again I shall waste my money on a faulty product develop by a greedy company. A overprice day one DLC was bad enough. Hell Bethesda have the common decency to make their Add- ons worth the price. Point Lookout any one? Here with From Ashes you get a new Squaddie, weapon(which will be replace very quickly if not use at all) Alternate costumes that are hideous, and what 20 minutes of new gameplay?,.

So if I do buy ME4 it will be the same way I got ME2.... in the bargain bin for 20 dollars. I'm pretty sure I will be paying a fair price by then.

In all seriousness its like the metal gear series, Ive played all the main console ones and now that 4 has come and gone I'm good. As much as a like the ME universe it just wont be the same.
Shepard is dead and I can live with that. if they just try and force him back into the story with a new game it'll be crap. Like Max Payne 3, Did anyone even know that game exists? Most likely not, it may have Max Payne in it but is it a Max Payne game? it sure does'nt look like one.

The ME franchise is done to me and a lot of people and bioware will move on as soon as they realize it.

To be fair, if your choice at the end of ME3 creates 3 ENTIRELY SEPERATE stories and worlds within ME4, I might consider it. But given the quality of ME3 ending as well as thier response to the controversy, I can't see that happeneing.

Sure, I'll give them a chance but you can better believe that I will be asking for opinions before I make a purchase or a preorder.

And will I buy Mass Effect 4?  Probably not

They're supposed to be learning from their mistakes right now.  And yet all I see is more clarification DLC and more deflection and ignoring (not addressing ending at PAX).

As for your garauntee . . . I've already sworn off all DLC and future ME games without some sort of Alt ending, now I'm seriously considering swearing off Bioware for their condescention.

After the Epilogue they're are giving us?  Probably.  If done right, it could satisfy a LOT of the problems people had.  NO it would not erase the "Ghost Kid", but it could make things seem better.

Here's a Fan Made Epilogue Generator that made me like the endings more.  Shows the effects of actions you took throughout the game too.
