Bioware's attempt to make a living hub a la Skyrim or TW2. Gotta love it. To be fair, it was cool to see people in different spots at different times

Yeah true. I did like that.

That part was cool, but I miss the ambient conversation on the Normandy like they had in ME2, where the crew would talk about the mission. It really made the ship come alive for me. The only thing like that on the ship in ME3 is the two women guarding the war room.

I like this guy. Reminds me of those auto-saluting npc's from ME1.

There are NPCs like him around the citadel as well. They kinda just walk around, and if you get in their way, they just kinda stand there, fold their arms, and stare at you until you move... examples: that red-faced Turian and that waitress girl in Purgatory.
