Is this something you all at Bioware/EA were just flat out not aware of? Or what? Every single statement you've made in recent weeks opens with: "we do not find we are at fault in any way..." and ends with: "... but we're listening, keep the faith!"

And there's an underlying problem with that. Namely that if you don't think you've done anything wrong then you're clearly *not* listening to us, and by consequence we shouldn't hold out hope neither.

If you were actually taking what people are saying to heart? You'd have made a heartfelt apology a week after the game's release date and announced you were working on appropriate content to amend it. But you didn't do that. You insisted that the ending was meant to create negative reactions, ignored people's complaints up until they had an organized charity and a website to back them, and you've been condescending and evasive from day 1 about *everything* negative people have said about the game.

Look, I'm a reasonable guy. I'm still willing to hold out hope for a little bit longer, but you can't keep on brushing people off and keep expecting them to come back for more of the same treatment. It's just not a smart bet to make. Offending someone's #2 on the list of ways to make enemies right after harming someone.

Figure out what the ratio is between them and people who're angry, then get back to me. If the ratio's what I suspect it is, than Bioware's *GOING* to dismiss them because it's the smarter option.

But then, I've been let down before.

OP is spot on. Bioware aren't listening. They're keeping the attitude of "they kow best" while firing off the line "we are listening" while their actions show all too much that they aren't actually listening to what people say.

They only react when being prodded hard enough with the cowstick, and even then no more than they think they can get away with.

Y'know a friend of mine and I were talking about bringing sandwhich signs to the parking lot, but we decided the gesture was likely to end in disaster (cops/local news story). I'll stick to pestering them on public channels for now, much easier and it's alot less tacky.
