Sometimes and at total random times (mostly actually after talking to Anderson on the holo channel) my settings suddenly switch X/Y invert and i end up having to reload a save to fully regain the controller.. the settings in the control menu dont reflect the change at all.

This has happened in fights and after cutscenes..

Documented this happening 3 times after talking to Anderson in 2 playthroughs and twice in battle :/

By reload a save i also mean.. go to Xbox home and reload in the game at last save :/
