 I purchased the N7 Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 3 and I redeemed the code on my profile on my fiance's Xbox 360 console and I'm trying to redeem it on my own console but it keeps telling me it was already redeemed. What am I supposed to do now?

You can't redeem a code twice.

But what you can do is go to Account Management > Purchase History and redownload it to your console.

You may need to do a license transfer as well.
