4 banshees 2 brutes on silver?

It was wave 10, as you preluded too, and im zoomed in and its a kill 4 target situation. Target box is coming around the corner and its predictably a banshee. what isnt, is 2 more banshee's almost like literally spawning ontop of the target or the target splitting into more than one. and thats not all as i take the target down with my team a guy on the mic points out brutes from the right side flanking us. im like wtf?
im a retired marine and the past day on silver is something straight outtta Iraq. People just showing up outta nowhere wanting you dead dead.

i was like use everything you got and they didnt stop respawning what we like to call elites

how about reading the entire post instead of picking at a fragment of a sentence. the target was a banshee guarded by 2 banshees and trash but on the other spawn point instead of cannibals/marauders you had 2 brutes spawn. so at one point in the wave there were 3 banshees and 2 brutes. why did i say 4? because immediately as i headshotted and killed the banshee that was our target, another one spawned in her place and i think one of the first banshees took her spot as the target.
before the past few days you would get that many on wave 10 just not at the same freaking time usually in waves of 2, sometimes rarely 3. Wave 10 on silver now feels like wave 5-7 on gold and with an objective to complete.

There is no excuse for everyone not using at least one missile on wave ten by killing 2 banshees instantly.

Ahh... it seems you misinterpreted my implied causality:
What I meant: increased difficulty causes more people to flake or leech for credits because they don't want to put in the effort.
What it might have sounded like: increased difficulty is merely a matter of perception as a result of aforementioned quitters/leechers.
Obviously I believe that the buffs are real.

I have also noticed that silver has gotten a bit harder recently, which would be fine as long as they ALSO up the credits it rewards

they are indeed buffed we had peole that was leeching on silver and few was staying behind us out the way and 4 banshee and 3 bruts spawned at wave 8 wasnt fun i wish i hada mic would have told them fire the rockets at them only i survived after till rouind 10 to late i had 2 rockets left and banshee tried to ginsu me with her fingers saved a player who ran away and only died to a brute

yeha no doubt it started early i think as well it thursday and there was no forum annoucement as well unless you call the day before the french annoucement.
becasue i saw the beach head screen for added xp was like wtf its thursday

Thats what I noticed to. Less ravagers means you dont get pinned and screwed. I haven't had any problems with reapers.
Then again I find silver pretty easy, but cant be bothered to pug gold.

yes 2 banshee at the same time! and would go up depending on the wave like i said it would add 2 more per wave it was crazy i for fact there was 4 banshee out on wave 9 and 3 brutes and few raverges if i can get my camera i wil snapa shot this beach head on silver feels like a gold run i was on infilt and was like scre my javlin i m just going to waste 5+ missles made to round 10
