I did do some taekwondo back then, now all I do is some running because it's fun.

I also do jogging to keep myself healthy. But I hate it, so I think I'm going to buy myself a mountainbike so I can do that instead of jogging.

I'm actually a lazy bastard, but I rather not be a lazy FAT bastard, so I'm forcing myself to keep exercising.

All a mountainbike did for my dad was kill his back.

I too am lazy but I can't get fat ever, even when I don't work out. Hell no one in my family can get fat.

It's so true. It's not always easy, but there are obvious benefits.

There are also things you can do to boost confidence, I for one love going to the hairdresser. It gives me a nice feeling when you leave feeling like a million dollars.

Lucky you. I have to work my ass off to stay healthy. Ever since I started my study at the art university as a game-design student, I have to sit down behind my computer quite a lot. Ever since I've gained quite some weight. Now I'm working my ass off to lose that weight again by working out even more than I did before. The fact that I don't have much time to cook a healthy meal for myself doesn't help much either. The fact that I drink a lot could also be part of the problem, but I don't want to admit that I'm drinking too much. :innocent:

Yeah lucky me, but I still work out to keep healthy so I don't feel like sh!t all day long from body pains.

And having the power to kill someone with kicks is cool... 

Drinking can be a big problem but I am not the best person to talk with about drinking.

Killing someone with a kick is harder than you think. I once had a full-blown roundhouse kick to my face (by accident, long story) and I'm still alive. 

That's why I said "kicks" as in more than one.

And I have been kicked as well in the head(I think it was part of my face, I forget...) by my girlfriend. And it was not by accident...

There is a reason I stop doing taekwondo.

Some of the "normal" ones post pictures, but they tend to be more discreet about it. I've gotten into the habit of calling them beautiful regardless spare a few particulars..
