I was kicked to my head by a proffesional martial artist. I was making a martial arts movie with him and we were practicing our moves for the movie. He kicked me for real by accident. Full head-on roundhouse kick to the face. I was uncontious for a couple of minutes.

No we are still together, it was my fault for being an idiot at one of the worst times in both of our lives. That is making a REALLY long story(with a ton of drama) short.

And a side-note, we were already at her dojo at that time so I got first-aid fast(not that I was hurt real bad..).

But I got to say it's nice(in an odd way) talking to someone else who has been kicked in the head/face by a martial artist.

Reiterating previous pieces of wisdom from pages past, it's about attitude. My first response wasn't "This guy is ugly!". It was "This guy looks unhappy." People tend to revolve around those with more pleasant dispositions. Not to say you should necessarily artificially alter your emotions or just block them out; If you want people to be attracted to your presence, try a bit of confidence. Baby steps. I've been there - the shinji sulking phase covered all of high school, all of college, and about a year after that. The earlier you can shake yourself out of it, the better.

 It's not like I ask people if I am. Being a girl, though. I am more likely to give myself a 0 instead of a realistic number. So I just won't comment.
