WTF this is out right fraud ...........

The first time I loose some ingame credit because it say my purchase fail, when contact help center they say they can't do anything , fine I accept the lost and move on. Someone in the forum told me to relog everytime if I am buying packs so I follow.
2nd time I loose ingame credit after relog to purchase, again help center did nothing at all and then I look into forum and someone else say to gurrenty no problem test out with a recruit pack first. I follow that step and everytime I make sure to save up extra just for that.
3rd time I bloody loose my credit AGAIN AFTER PURCHASING RECRUIT PACK sucessful but fail to purchase Premium Spectre Pack ?!?! WTF IS THIS ........
The policy might state that any lost of items they can't be hold responsible, but I am challenging if they where to intensionally keeping this bug to either ern the extra cash from point buyers and waste the time of credit farmers.
This bug isn't somthing new, it's been there since the release of the game and after so long the bug still isn't fix, why put any priority to those weekly even when you guys can't even fix this kind of serious bug first ?
To add this problem do only one thing, which is giving nothing. That means for anyone who paid credit and recieve nothing that means the company is prob commiting FRAUD openly (because real cash is involved, that means someone paid real cash for blank, nothing, empty)
If this can't be bring to court the I think I better start going out asking money from ppl in excahnge for nothing.
This is also the soul reason more and more people are either cheating or glitching the game because biowere doesn't seem to care at all on fixing credit lost issue.
I'm a big fan but I think from now on I'm not going to buy any game from EA or bioware.

It's a virtual item, in a video game. It sucks that you lost it, and I'd prefer to see them fix the issue. However, due to the way these systems work, which can be excessively complicated, it's just not always possible for them to keep records of everything. This is an unintended situation, afterall. It's not like they can set up a log for tracking any bug that happens to ever occur.
If it's a recurring issue, try saving up your credits for a week or so and hopefully it will get fixed between now and then. Continuing to try to buy packs when you know this happens is just going to result in more frustration. I do, also wish to mention though that this hasn't happened to me or any of my friends, and we've bought hundreds of packs of various types. If it's happening to you frequently then it may be caused by, or at least exacerbated by, something on your end.

No offense, but if you seriously tried to take something like this to the police, let alone a court, you'd likely be jailed for wasting their time.

You know nothing about computers. Yes, they can log everything related to financial data. Very easily.

If real currency is involved in the purchase of something, then it's a valid case. Just because a video game is involved doesn't make it any less of an issue. Game developers are businesses, and like any businees they have strict guidelines to follow. If someone used MSPoints or whatever EA uses for PC, then there was a transaction involving a real currency. If a company, Bioware for example, failed to deliver the goods paid for, the packs, then they are basically commiting a crime.Toraxa wrote...

I'm not saying everyone who doesn't get a pack when the transaction fails should just go and try to sue Bioware. Just keep letting support know of the issue until it's fixed, and I'm sure they'll refund the points or credit you the packs lost. It's unfortunate that some people are having this issue, but like anything done electronically there are going to be bugs. Since the packs bought with points are considered a download, it could very well be an issue on the user's end. Something as simple as a bad file, or even a hardware conflict. Just be patient, and let them try to sort it out.

What is with you getting off on other people's valid, unanswered complaints today? It's not like these are new issues or anything. Grow up FFS...being a Sociopath isn't as "cool" as you think it is...
Give some people anonymity, and there is no limit to the ignorance that occurs.

Well I don't know , if buying somthing with real money but end up getting nothing isn't fraud then I think every shop should just sell nothing in exchange for money. What would prevent people from doing that ? Since there are people here that claim that there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, what would even prevent bioware from not fixing the bug and just let it be that way ?
1. Having fun slideing down that slippery slope I see.
2. your OP made it sound like it was just regular credits you got by playing the game that you lost, not that you bought for real money. If that's the case, you really don't have a leg to stand on. And if it was credits you paid IRL money for? That's, what, 1-2 dollars on a spectre pack(I have no clue what the conversion rate for bioware points is)?

When you disconnect and reconnect, the purchase goes through, it just doesn't tell you. When you notice credits have been deducted, go look through the character menu to see if you unlocked any new appearances or races, and check the weapons menu for new weapons, upgrades, or mods. It's hard to spot, especially with weapon upgrades and mod improvements, but you are getting your purchases.
That doesn't mean it's not a bug, it's just not as bad as you think.

Additionally, were you using Bioware points, or the Credits you earn from playing?

tora they do put a tracking thing , you can even enable disable that thing , how do you think they keep count of KILLS alone for operations? you think it probably doesnt track this stuff as well for what is spent and results from spending it? its not like when you buy the pack its instant , it takes a moment to load because its generating random items from the system.

Also, if it's ingame credits, no biggie. If you lost actual Bioware points and actually didn't get anything, chat up support.

"y-y-y-your honor, i was p-p-playing mass effect 3, and when i p-purchased a premium spectre pack, it just took my c-c-c-c-c-credits and gave me nothing!"
"what credits?"
"my earned c-credits in mass effect 3!"
"as in video game money?
"well, y-yeah"
"get out of my court, nerd"
"THIS IS AN OUTRAGE (retainer flies out of mouth, hits one of the guards, OP is jailed for second degree assault)"

OP. calm down and actually get some help from bioware. They are keeping a record. Etc etc and are working on the problem. Calm down as in the tos "no refund" good luck on tacking this to court though. You will need it when they laugh at you.

Have this happen to me multiple times. You dont actually lose the credits - you do get upgraded equipment and such. You just never see the cards.
Not true at all, btw. The vast majority of ppl with this bug are spending credits and receiving nothing.
Anyways, I've easily lost over 1m credits due to the purchasing bug by now. Not to mention the probably 3m worth of equipment that I lost when my unlocks got wiped a week after game launch - some of which was purchased with leftover bioware points I had in my account from previous game DLC purchases.
Does it ****** me off? Meh. Sort of.
Am I going to "take it to court?" No.
Would I stop credit card payment if I had paid for Bioware Points and recieved nothing after a month of waiting? Probably. (and would take getting banned from Origin in stride). And that is perfectly within my and their right. They can't produce product for my payment, I can stop payment. But they're not obligated to provide me with service if they don't want to after that.
But OP, I'm assuming you didn't even pay for Bioware points. You're just complaining about fake earned currency to purchase fake items? Maybe you should take it to a fake court.
